Chris and the team at Bimmers have done an exceptional job maintaining and servicing my 2008 335i.

The turnaround time is same day - 1 day for an entire wheel bearing job which is extremely fast when compared with similar European shops. If you need your car fixed, but don't want to leave it at the shop for a week, come here!

The pricing is extremely fair for the quality of work that Bimmers provides, I will continue giving my business to them.

These guys are honest and professional. I was looking around for a good shop and they were a perfect choice. TheTechnicians were very helpful with all my questions and they directed me to quality choice for the work that was needed.

I love these guys! Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend getting your car serviced here! They take a family, educational approach versus a salesy corporate approach which I really appreciate. Definitely my go to shop.

These guys have been great with my Mini Countryman, BMW 135i and Land Rover LR3. All are older models with about or over 100K miles and I hate dealing with car dealers. Chris has given me sound advice to save me money and Dominque just today walked around the block to help me jump my LR3.

Bimmers Independent Service was a referral from a friend and fellow BMW enthusiast who has serviced all his BMWs here. I took my Z3 in for a checkup and was pleased with the crew given their extensive BMW knowledge with older models. Also, everyone was exceptional with customer service and made me feel very welcomed and heard for what I was looking. I would definitely recommend this shop for any enthusiast owner that wants competent, knowledgeable and attention to detail.

Excellent job done by Chris and Bimmers Independent Service. Very honest and up front about their service and very fair pricing. Repaired the car timely and ready when quoted. Great customer service.

My 2004 M3 had a weird smog sensor issue that puzzled lesser mechanics. Chris was able to delve into the issue and recommend a fix at no charge. His expertise, conscientiousness and service saved me tons of money and aggravation. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!!!

Make sure you check your bill before you pay. First time customer and realized they charged me twice the labor. When I went back to get a refund, it was AWKWARD. I asked "Are you upset with me?" because his tone the whole time was somehow I did something wrong and it was annoying him. Will likely never go back unless it's an emergency.

Also, saw another reviewer posted. The steering center link was marked up about 300% also. That also made him very angry.

A few days later, after seeing that somehow a belt was on upside down (what?!) also found the power steering fluid is now leaking too (seriously guys?!) Wasn't even worth going back so I fixed it myself. Lame.

I took them my 2002 Mini Cooper, hoping they could figure out what was making that sound it was making. I agreed to make the leap to pay for a diagnosis, even though I knew that money didn't go toward the repair like it used to in the old days. They did figure it out. Another transmission. [FYI, Mini's first year of re-introduction has been notorious for transmission problems.] The really congenial and gracious owners (both of them) spoke to me at different times and both times explained that my car would be expensive to fix.
Since I don't have that kind of money right now, I elected to drive it home. Being very kind and understanding of my situation, they elected not to charge me for the diagnosis. A courtesy for which I will be forever grateful.
BMWs and Mini Coopers are not inexpensive to fix. These guys instill integrity into their customer service and I can only assume their work.
