This is our second stay. We absolutely love it. Such an adorable motel and very clean! Staff is wonderful and very helpful!
This is the perfect place to stop if you are traveling through. Highly recommend trying it!
There is also a very good restaurant across the street with a nice size gift shop.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Sep 10, 2015Previous reviewAfter a long day of traveling, we stopped in Superior Montana and found the Big Sky motel. Lovely, clean and comfortable rooms with a wonderful staff. Friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable nights stay.

Decent place available as we drove from MSP to SEA. DO NOT use their hotline 800 number, they will charge you $25 more! Book online for the cheapest rates. Clean and met the need, nice staff at front desk. Basic breakfast but McDs is right down the street, as is Old Chicagos for a late dinner.

I had a king downstairs room reserved due to my large elderly arthritic dog. When I got there the downstairs rooms were all taken. We had to accept an upstairs room which caused my dog a lot of pain. When I told them about the situation and showed them the email confirmation they blamed me and anything else instead of making it right. The desk clerk even said "how frustrating for you" no apology at all from her.

This motel is fine - the rooms are nicer on the inside than you would think looking at the outside. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
There seemed to be a bunch of people in long term stays there (they had BBQs outside their rooms). I guess right outside our room was the gathering/smoking/spit out your gum/talk loudly on the phone spot. I went out by myself to get something out of my car, not expecting three dudes to be right outside my door who watched me the entire time. Super uncomfortable. I also think the price was a bit high for what you get.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - C K.Seattle, WA8234Sep 22, 2021
Perfect place to stop on my cross-country trip. The tiny town is lovely, and the motel is comfy and clean. AND, my dog was welcome - if you love my dog, I love you. Thanks for a nice stay!

This was great! A fortunate find after a looong day of driving and haphazard hotels.com/yelp.com search whilst sleepily driving out of Yellowstone. The price was excellent, too.
Convenient coffee shop nearby to check out before hitting the road again in the AM.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kari H.Salem, OR0214Jul 2, 2021
We only looked outside Missoula because everything was booked. So glad we did! The room smelled clean and everything felt clean. The tub was nice for our road dirty little ones with good shower pressure. The AC was already running and the fridge was cold. There were the usual toiletries of shampoo, lotion, and soap, but they even thought to leave a designated rag for messes. The beds were comfortable and though the room was dated, it was tasteful and comfortable. Post-covid, they provided a paper bag breakfast to-go. Slight road noise, but the AC drowned out most of it. No noise from neighbors. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Outside doesn't look fantastic, but the room was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by its comfort and how truly friendly the staff was. The owner even warmed up an omelet for me to try to ask my opinion!

Nope! Won't do it again. Reviews for some reason do not match the experience. The staff seemed very nice. Standard info at front desk included smoking policy, pet policy, and then an anger management statement? That was the first sign. With a casino/bar across the street, the place was pretty active into late...and get this...Monday night! Upstairs guest above us paced around until the wee hours of the morning. Guess they couldn't sleep either?! Woke to fresh vomit on sidewalk down from our room and staff hosing off the sidewalk. Again the staff seemed caring and helpful, and the room was not bad albeit a bit musty in odor and somewhat over priced. The reviews just don't match the experience.

Didn't look fabulous from the outside, but the room was very nice. Staff was helpful. Cute little mountain town. Would stay here again! Great restaurant across the street.
