This is one of the very best Big Lot stores, for the employees are trained to be so helpful and nice to the customers .at this Rialto store there is a employee named Margaret who is Always SO sweet to everyone, and she makes the customers feel at ease and comfortable and doesn't ever act like we are bothering her( which is so important when you shop) so Thank You to Big Lots for hiring such great people like Margaret to make the customers who shop there feel important and like They Matter. I want to thank Margaret for her outstanding customer service. We bought a sectional & it had a tear. She didn't have one in stock to replace it. She told me once she got one in she would call me. Let's be honest I didn't think she would follow up. I was so wrong! My apologies for doubting you Margaret. Today I picked up my replacement. Her & a gentleman assisted us. Sorry I didn't get his name. I'm beyond grateful for your follow up.

Guys please save your self a head ache and money. I ordered couches online and they use a 3rd party company who is bootleg and they call u everyday to tell u they can't deliver your couches because XYZ. That company makes up a different story everyday as to why they can't deliver, to the extent that the driver has a family emergency. Super unprofessional!! I emailed big lots customer service telling them about me not receiving my order and this is what they emailed :

Big lots is false advertising by having a same day delivery option for Sundays!!! The 3rd party company stated they don't do delivery on Sundays. Why have that option??? To get you to commit and take ur money. I'm still waiting for my sofa and love seat since Sunday. Worse customer service EVER!!!

I like this big lots it alright to come get a few things but i really hate there school supply area it's small and lacking.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful we are always greeted with smiles:) and someone is always walking around and asked you if you need any help.

Really happy with our Rialto Big Lots. Items that they have begun to carry are very nice! They now carry very cute seasonal decor similar to Hobby Lobby and other large stores. Store employee Marlene was very sweet and friendly on the register. Thanks for providing a great place to shop!

I was in line but decided to walk out when I saw two employees not wearing their mask on their face. Since I take care of my elderly Aunt I decided not to stay any longer since they, employees,come into contact with several individuals a day. Ignorance i can't deal with. Cashier was eating at the register while another employee talked to her with her mask down folks are simply inconsiderate

I purchased a sectional from here and it was damaged I called store spoke with Margaret who swiftly ordered another to be sent out only to have the 2nd one also be damaged I purchased because Broyhill has always been known for great quality I was very dissapointed the one I purchased was the Naples collection in gray well after second one I went into to store where Debbie and Margaret tried to resolve my issues . I really loved this set and tried for a 3 rd set well that was also damaged Margaret handled the issue and we came to an agreement. Everyone in this store has wonderful customer service from David to Debbie I think that was his name I was happy seeing these people actually cared about there customers gReat job Rialto store

I've been coming to this big lots since I was a kid. I grew up in rialto. Area is ghetto, store can be cleaned up a bit especially the frames and photos area and furniture area. Yikes. The carts can use a wipe down as well. It'd also be smart to have some of the workers be more approachable and helpful. It's obvi my go to big lots so I'll be back.
