Arrived at 1030pm after a long drive wanted a nice rest to continue trip in am... the room was dusty, the sheets were thin and worn and hadn't been changed... found this in one of the beds... slept on top of the covers... had a terrible night of rest... stay somewhere else!!!

Came in last night as an unexpected stop do to car trouble. Looks like we will be here over the weekend. I paid for the first night, but will be checking out. The heater in the room blows air, but it's not warm. (It's 23° outside). The shower was absolutely the worst. It was barely lukewarm, so now I'm cold and wet in a cool room. There's lots of hotels in the area, so fingers crossed the next one will be better.

A group of us were in town for a wedding, so a bunch of us stayed here.
Las Vegas, New Mexico is not usually a top destination, but this particular hotel met our needs.
Pros: proximity to wedding venue (Leaping Deer Ranch) and local eateries (Charlie's Spic & Span), ample parking, free breakfast, nice/friendly staff, comfy beds, lots of plugs, and spacious rooms.
Cons: a little outdated (i.e., bathtubs) and towels are equivalent to sandpaper.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - David M.St Paul, MN0101Apr 27, 2021
Save your $ on this hotel. Price is above average and service and accommodations are below average. There are most likely better choices in Las Vegas NM and in Santa Fe for sure. Stayed in April 2021 and room was dirty, bath tub had mold, no hair dryer in the room and overall this hotel in dire need of updating.

Great place to stop. The hotel is bright and well maintained. Staff was efficient with check-in and check-out taken with minimal time. Rooms and all of the facilities were excellent. Rooms had all of the necessary amenities to include microwave, TV and refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and lighting was good. Bath area was clean and neat with ample amenities. Parking was plentiful and the lot was well lit. They have a nice pool area with a working hot tub.
Overall this was a great place to spend a night and relax.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - J P.Phoenix, AZ1858Feb 26, 2021
Ok, but not great. Spotty internet and not a whole lot of hot water in the shower.

Super busy on a Saturday night. Not adhering to the 50% rule. Super loud. Toilet ran all night.

The room was nice, pretty clean (not perfect but very good for a regular hotel), towels were nice, bathroom adequately supplied, bed and pillows were very comfortable, air quality pretty decent. It was very quiet. Breakfast was decent and had a much better assortment of offerings than has been available in many hotels post Covid era. I would prefer getting my own food, though, vs being cut off with tables and being waited on by an attendant. But, this is NM now (controlling Governor and Administration). Price was decent.

Keep in mind that I am rating this property within the "2 1/2 star"
class hotel. We've stayed here in the past and always find the hotel to be clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. The property is a "no frills" place that provides comfortable beds, adequate linens and a well lite parking area. The rooms are equipped with microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. A hair dryer is in the bathroom. A typical hotel breakfast is provided in the mornings. For those traveling with trailers, there is a very large lot to accommodate that need. I would suggest the plumbing be upgraded to provide additional hot water for all the guest rooms. I was on the third floor recently and at 7:00 a.m. the water in the shower was barely Luke warm. This is a pet friendly hotel which makes it nice if you're traveling with fur babies. However, the hotel management should re-evaluate its pricing on the rooms. It's a bit high for a two and a half star property when compared with the other properties in the area.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Tabitha R.Tucson, AZ01625Feb 24, 2019
I stayed here while on my way to CO from AZ. I was very pleased with my visit. I was traveling by myself with my toddler and i felt very comfortable and safe. The room was very clean and had great amenities. I was able to hear the tv from next door at some point but luckily it didn't keep up very long. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good. They had a great selection of items. All the staff seemed very friendly and some even offered assistance by going to grab me a food tray since they saw how full my hands were while managing my son. I work in hospitality and honestly wasn't expecting anything too great but I was pleasantly surprised. On my return trip to AZ I opted to staying at a cheap motel down the street which I regret. I would 100% return to this hotel if ever passing through again!
