I would like to give a SHOUT-OUT to a young lady by the name of Quiana R. She helped our company Quinco Mental Health Center purchase a massage chair. This young lady was soooo helpful, I would like to say "THANK YOU" for being so kind. The hospitality was off the chain.......I have NO complaints. Again, thank you Ms. Quiana for representing Best Buy and being the reason we received "THE BEST BUY".

Purchased appliances and had them installed and the ice maker has never worked
Called Geek squad - worst encounter
Rep was not helpful or understanding and would not connect me to supervisor- put me back in regular line and essentially had to start over - twice more
All I was asking for was some consideration with my schedule- and a prompt service as the installation may not have been right
Just pat answers with no accommodation - would only give a 12 hr window ten days after installation - explained that I could not make it until later afternoon and was looking for a late afternoon service
Essentially said that if I were not available I would have to get put back on the schedule at the first opening
Not how they should be treating a "total" rewards member

God awful service. Slow service when available.
Needs more employees, staffing is a skeleton crew and not able to help or check out adequately.

This is god awful awful I go in the store and I'm forced to wear a mask after the mask mandate is up and I can't wear one and then I call and get ahold of a girl and ask for a manger and she transferred me to the 800 number then when I went to call back it said they weren't talking any calls I'm pissed forcing mask on people that can't wear them and when I call and ask for a manger no one can help me because I asked why there forcing mask on people who can't wear them I WILL NEVER BE BACK NOIR SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN

On 10/30/2020 I ordered a 70 inch tv from this Best Buy location in Jackson Tn. I went to this location for a in store pick up, as I arrived I was greeted by a aggressive Lost prevention member asking why I am parked in front of the store...well I was parked in the online pick up area with my flashers on . After telling them this, they grabbed a store manager who then told me to wait outside due to no mask and they will grab my T.V. Once they brought my tv outside they asked if I was strapping down the tv in my truck, I told them NO I would lay it down and tie it down . They said it's against policy and I would break my tv that way....Um NO it won't break and I told them I will handle it let's just load my tv they then refused and as I loaded my tv in my truck they were telling me it's going to break and saying I should buy geek squad protection. Lol this was the most ridiculous practice to try to add geek squad protection. Long story short my TV was just fine ! This location is horrid and I'll never give them another cent .

Lack of inventory. Staff actively violates ADA laws and will not serve or help customers with accessibility or disability issues.

I purchased cell phones from Best Buy during a Christmas promotion. It was the worst nightmare that I have ever experienced. If you have ever purchased a phone from the Jackson, TN location you know exactly what I mean. Bradley, the clown that sets up all their phones is an absolute idiot. Instead of waiting on one customer and resolving all issues, he dances and prances around singing songs moving from one person to the next never resolving a problem. When I left this store, instead of having new service on my new phones, I had no service at all.There is not enough space here to detail all my issues. I can tell you that I have been to AT&T several times since trying to undo what this Moron did to my service. I would not get phones from Best Buy again, even if they were giving them away. Let the buyer, if I could give minus Stars in my review, it would be a minus 50.

We bought a 65 inch tv and a 5 year warranty! Then we took it to the truck with these real nice young men that worked there. They were helping us load when a manager came out and told them to get off that man's truck if he wanted someone to help him load he should have brought someone!! With that said; they were told to get that TV off and we went and got our money back and went to Sam's!!

The absolute worst customer service ever. Twice in the past two weeks, I have been in to the customer service desk and had staff completely ignore my presence.

Great knowledgeable staff,great special especially on Televisions!!Always very friendly,only drawback is in certain departments they seem extremely under staffed!
