Hey Stefanie, really sorry to hear about the breakdown in the pickup process that you experienced. We appreciate the feedback & have not really had any issues with customers picking up their orders, so that means we have additional work to do to continue to improve.

We don't really know what happened here, it could have been a technical glitch in the system that lost your order or potentially it was mistakenly picked up by another driver / customer which is why it didn't show up in the system.

We are thankful that we were able to remake your order fresh. We will provide this feedback to the building management who owns the tech behind the pickup process.
