Absolutely abominable room and service. In no particular order, here is a list of all the issues I had during my 4-night stay here.

      - No towels. Requested towels to be brought up on first morning at front desk, but did not happen. Had to get towels myself.

-No toilet paper. Requested toilet paper to be brought up on first morning at front desk, but did not happen. Had to get toilet paper myself.

-No pillows. Requested pillows to be brought up on first morning at front desk, but did not happen. Had to pillow from front desk myself.

-Pillow received from front desk was super lumpy and uncomfortable. Upon closer inspection morning after using it, pillow was actually a rolled up old blanket shoved into a pillow case.

-Toilet was clogged upon entering room and was incapable of flushing. Requested toilet to be fixed on first morning at front desk, but did not happen. Had to get plunger from front desk and unclog myself.

-The bath faucet leaked loudly and constantly. Had to keep bathroom door closed and fan running just to be able to sleep.

-No garbage can. Had to use old Wendy's bag.

-Bed covered in specks of unidentifiable black grit. Not bedbugs fortunately.

-Room smelled wet and earthy, it was gross but stopped noticing after a little bit.

-No shower curtain. Showering led to bathroom getting lightly flooded.

-Man looking in window first day in room. Apparently room overlooks a roof AC unit the guy was working on, but still shocking.

I cannot recommend enough that you do not stay in this place. Pick somewhere nicer, like a stagnant puddle at the bottom of a ditch.

Do not (and I cannot stress this enough) waste your money here. I stayed last night and this place is ridiculous for the amount it charges. $200 a night and I guess I have pretty high expectations, especially since it's close to the academy and the nicer part of the Springs.

The only nice part of the hotel is the lobby. Although our room looked clean, the ac barely worked and the room was hot. The beds were hard and unforgiving. The tv didn't work very well and my cell network worked much better than their WiFi. There is no breakfast as advertised. I doubt it's due to COVID since the mask enforcement is pretty much gone so instead we had to pay additional money to eat at IHOP across the street. Again, for 200$, I expect way more.

The picture of the slide is it for the pool. There appears to be an outdoor pool and hot tub but they're covered and peeking through the hole in the cover, it looks like it needs to be replaced so instead of paying for repairs and making an effort, they covered it and hope people won't notice. I'll admit the slide I why I picked this place above the other local hotels charging the same amount. The slide is also rally slow and the water isn't treated correctly.

I already emailed corporate since the person at the desk last night didn't seem to care about my concerns. I don't expect much of a solid answer. I'm incredibly disappointed overall and will not stay here again.

If you care about your health or safety do not stay at this hotel. This hotel probably couldn't even be saved by Gordon Ramsey on Hotel Hell.
Unsafe and unsanitary hotel. I highly recommend you do not stay here until the owners update this property. I requested another room when I first arrived and found out they just got worse. I had to find another hotel because of the conditions. The rooms smell really bad, thank goodness you can open the windows. Pictures that I uploaded: blood stains on sheets and on wall, mattress pad completely filthy, no smoke alarm, stains on carpet, trash piled up in hallway. The hotel will steal your money, I asked for a refund and was denied multiple times.

There was nothing good about this hotel. The doors and keys don't work. The walls in the hallways are disgusting. Our room didn't look like it had been cleaned. We asked if we could switch to another, which was just as bad. I have no idea how they have not been shut down. I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever.

This is THE worst hotel I've EVER stayed in! They advertised free breakfast and then said when we got there that they will not offer free breakfast or ANY food/snacks to purchase. I was told they still needed to update their website.
The pool is on the first floor and the lobby has a HEAVY intoxicating smell of BLEACH. It was nauseating.
      The elevator is dirty!!!
The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke.
Homeless people were hanging out right outside the lobby and it felt a little unsafe.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! DO NOT START HERE!!!!!!

Recently changed ownership and the new owners have not completed renovations. Rooms have either no hangars, no coffee machines, no drawers or no ice buckets - sometimes all of this (we tried 3 rooms before leaving.) One room's toilet was not bolted down, so it rocked and made a large bang when you sat down on it! One tub had huge gouges and scratches on the bottom that made you wonder what germs may be hiding there. Desk clerk was very nice and refunded our money - the owners are to blame here for not disclosing the renovation details on the web site. Shameful, and possibly criminal!

I have never had such a disgusting experience with a hotel. There was mold around the floor by the shower, paint peeling off the walls, holes in the walls and ceiling. Stains and black hairs in the bed. The pool water heater was broken. The light in the pool area was burnt out. There are people sleeping outside in the bushes and rummaging through garbage cans. General Manager, Crystal, was extremely rude and unprofessional. The corporate call center is absolutely not helpful in resolving situations. Please DO NOT book this hotel, it truly needs to be shut down.

I would never come here again . We checked in about 3:39pm . All was good the room at first glance even looked good. But we left to go get a late lunch so only dropping off our bags. But when we return ed there was no bath towels or anything to help you take a bath with ( no soap ext.) Ok I'll just ask for it( simple). Not it's 1:04 am and still nothing to take a bath or shower with. I asked three times for just towels the last time was at 11:30 pm. Was told in about 30 minutes it's now 1:08 am and nothing. I also asked on there 30 minutes ago if would could check out of the room at 11am but still use the pool for 20 to 30 minutes later. I was told they would let me know when I get my towels. So that's a no . And still no towels.im going to bed dirty and they don't care.
Ps: they gave use blankets with cigarettes burns I made sure that I took a picture and showed the front desk as well. Just a big disappointment !! Should have stayed home I live in downtown Colorado Springs

Is there less than one star?
The hotel was dirty. The bathroom smelled mUtah. There are spots on the shower curtain. There were no bath towels in the room. The pool was ice cold, unlit, and the pool area filthy. The paint and furniture were all nicked up- the microwave was missing it's knobs.
      absolutely horrible.
