I guess the problem that I have with the store is it's a franchise and I guess according to the person and the only person that was in the store running the store while I was waiting 10 minutes for him to exchange a car battery for a guy because unfortunately millennials don't know how to change batteries I guess anymore I went online and saw CR 2032 battery for $3.99 and when I got there it was $6.99 according to him because it was a franchise. Sorry, I didn't read anything that said franchise prices were more than what was listed on the website I mean obviously you're making money from fixing phones and whatever you do there but basically grab a battery out of a 24 pack and hand it to me and say that'll be 6.99 kind of shocked me and not even taking in consideration that my time is not worth anything since had to wait for him for 10 minutes while he was changing somebody else's battery. But asthma millennials he didn't give a shit said it's a franchise. Sorry I don't set the rules OK. I mean, if I knew that there was that much of an up charge on the battery I would've just gone to AutoZone and grabbed one or O'Reillys or maybe in Walmart or Kroger or CVS Walgreens, but never ever here again.

Don't go there! Went in to have a battery replaced & found out they didn't put the caseback gasket & crown back on & water got inside & rusted a $300 watch. Tried to remedy it & they don't stand behind their work.

Dependable quality and helpful staff. Batteries purchased here far out-perform those purchased in big box stores. Thank you!

Repeated bad service. First time spent almost $300 to get a key fob rush ordered for my truck. Lasted 2 months and they wouldn't do anything for me. Dropped a battery off this morning to get charged for my home security system. Paid and left a number to call when it was ready. Gentlemen said a couple hours. Went in 15 minutes before they closed and was told it didn't get charged and I'd have to come back in the morning. Guess not everybody has a job m-f. Pitiful service.

Great customer service. Love having it in the neighborhood. They have more things than you might think for a battery and bulb store.

We have been going to this store for many years because the staff was always helpful. Today we needed new batteries for a watch and asked to set the time for us since we just had daylight savings change. The man first refused, then reluctantly set the clock but it was the wrong time. My husband went back in , the man adjusted it but the day of the week is still wrong. They used to do this for us but this is a new employee. We are elderly and have difficulty with this watch. We will look for a new store.

Talk about great customer service. I brought my watch here, got curbside service and they told me something is wrong with the watch itself after they put the battery in. Instead of charging me for the battery they just took it back out and handed the watch back. That's really nice. They could've charged me for the service but they chose not to. Love this place and I recommend them. Thank you Winfred !!!

Great customer service when you buy a new battery. I bought 3 x2 power agm batteries for my vehicles , issues with 2 batteries more than a year on warranty and they won't warranty them .

I never leave reviews. But I was really impressed by the two men at the counter. They were both helpful and quick. It seems like your sales training team has groomed them well. Both scripted and polite. Very non-obtrusive up-sell for AA batteries which I didn't need but the training was definitely on display. As a fellow business owner I say good job all around.
