Orlando the employee, awesome guy. Always has great energy, and is always moving and doesn't stop. Great guy to just have a conversation with! Left my wallet here, came back it was locked in the drawer and he took his time to call his boss and look for the keys to get it out. Awesome guy!

We all know that this company epitomizes kitschy scents and is one of the companies compressing holidays and seasons months ahead of old norms, but when they have a big sale... exploit the fuck out of it!!!

And exploit we did! One $25 gift card, one 20% off the entire order coupon, and foaming hand soaps for only $2.95. Add some of the Aromatherapy products, especially body washes (buy 3, get 3 free), a free gift coupon, and that hand basket was REALLY heavy. Glad there was no line and the cashier was really sweet and said she couldn't wait to see how long the receipt would be. Think CVS around flu season long.

I usually stock up and we did too, probably won't need much of anything for a year or more. I did like, however, how friendly and helpful every employee we interacted with were.

Ugh, danger! Don't walk in here because you're bored because you will walk out with a whole bunch of hand soaps, candles, lotions etc. you really didn't need but were either on sale or looked cute or smelled nice or all of the above. This store is built different and feels more spacious. I've been to other locations inside malls and it feels more cramped in there and it's always a mess. This location always looks top tier. Things are pretty organized at all times and the displays are well lit and I start to think my bathroom or house will look this organized if I just buy 3 soaps for $25. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly and busy restocking or answering questions. It's always a pleasant experience at this store and they don't really pressure you as much here versus other stores.

The store was packed but Ravern who worked at the cashier at the time, was patient to help me process a refund order. Talk about customer service! I ended placing another bigger order online afterwards.

Armando was super kind and had very good energy! You can tell his team really enjoyed working with him as well. He has very good manners and was happy to help me! 10/10

I brought my mother and mother in law to this shop and they were delighted. You have an employee, I didn't catch their name, but tall with wavy hair, 1970s style clothing and fabulous style, who helped the moms and made them feel fabulous by the time we left. Your employee greeted us at the door, complimented them both, helped them find everything they needed and made sure they left feeling fantastic. Wonderful experience, all thanks to your fabulous employee.

I can't recall if I've ever been to this store before. It's located on Main St in Victoria Gardens.

There's limited parking in front. Your best bet is to park in the larger parking lots behind the shops.

This store was clean as to be expected. You're immediately greeted by a friendly employee.

Check weekly for their sales.

Ordering online to avoid the lines... paying 6 bucks for delivery... only to receive 4 out of 8 broken candles.... AND then having to wait in line to return them can be awful... but it was quite the opposite.
THE outside LINE: About 6 people in front, took about 15 minutes.
SELECTION: Selection of sale items was limited, but the regular priced items seemed to be fully stocked.
CHECK OUT LINE: couldn't have asked for a better experience... Frank and Alexis went above and beyond. I was able to exchange my 4 broken candles for the ones I wanted without any hassle.
LESSON LEARNED: Don't get candles delivered. Come into store for a much more pleasurable experience.

Usually employees are like bees on honey. But This time I walked in only 2 employees are in the store there, Tony asked if I was looking for something specific, and I said no as I'm walking through to see what's on sale , then I went up to the counter , I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I walked back up front by the entrance and I said I'm here to pick up my order , so Tony walks back to the registers as I'm behind him. He decides to help another Guest who just happen to be there for pick up too , so instead of helping me when I went to go get him , he decides to help the other gas first and I explain to him what he just dead and he was like smirking saying so sorry , he did not care. Very sad.

I was at the location to buy my wife a gift for Christmas recently. They were really crowded but one of there worker named Mya went above and beyond to help me. She was busy but took the time while being extremely polite to show me different options and help me find the perfect gift for my wife. Thank you Mya for making my shopping experience with your location great!!
