I love this place and they always have coupons if you do your home work. My current crush is Pumpkin...just taking a break from the Aromatherapy. I've been know to clean out shelves during their semi-annual clearance.

Actually an outlet store! This bath and body works has some very good sales. They have regular priced items all the way up to 75% off items.
We just purchased 3 wick candles for only $6. Also, soaps for only $3 before coupons.
The staff was very friendly and happy to help. Also, we scored $10 off $40 with a coupon from RetailMeNot. If you are looking for soaps/candles/fragrances make sure you make your way to this outlet!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 30, 2011First to Review
Excellent deals here! It truly is an outlet store.
Some weeks are better than other depending on what you are looking for, but you can always count on several 75% off items to choose from.
The also accept the receipt survey coupons for $10 of a $30 purchase.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kristen N.North Olmsted, OH124789Oct 13, 2011
Most outlet stores are stupid. They feature a mixture of over priced items that are barely on sale or super cheap stuff that you have to question whether it was actually meant to be sold at close to full price.
The Bath and Body Works outlet however, is a true gem. I have often stopped at this and the Lodi outlet mall just to go to the B and BW store. There are lots and lots of things at 75% off. Many of the lotions, candles and body scrubs that you find in the actual store are 50% off each item or at worst buy 3 and get 3 free.
The staff is always helpful but generally I just grab a shopping bag and filling it with the various items I smell and seemingly cannot live without. The "Im in the Mood for Scrub" is the best body scrub I have ever used and a bottle that lasts 6 months is only $10. There are always new scents in lotions and candles and the candles are just as good as Yankee.
On my most recent trip I got a body scrub, 2 candles, a shampoo, conditioner and 4 hand soaps all for $40.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sarah P.Columbus, OH7937015Jul 23, 2014
BOO!!!! This store sucks.....a lot!
Ok, so my daughter and I go into this store (you know if my daughter and I are together we plan to send a lot of money) and we are the ONLY customers in this store. There are 2 employees working. They don't even acknowledge we enter the store, but I'm a big girl, no need to be petty. I'm not gonna die if someone doesn't say HI to me.
So my daughter and I start looking around and smelling items (of course). Not once did they ask us if we needed help with anything or if we had any questions. Their prices we not any better than what you can get at the corporate office's online website (ummm hello, this is an OUTLET--you are supposed to be cheaper). What a waste of time. We will NOT be back.
**On a positive note, I will say if you need Christmas ornaments for some reason in the middle of July, they had them for 75% off.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Erin B.Westerville, OH0396Apr 2, 2017
I guess there's a first for everything. I was just treated beyond rude by a BBW employee at this location. I asked if this location was an actual outlet since they had many full priced regular store items. This seemed to anger the aforementioned employee who defended the outlet as also carrying regular priced items with no discount (umm...so how is this an outlet?). I also asked if there was any special running on the wallflowers. This irritated her further. So we found someone else to help us. When we went to check out we got up to the counter and our favorite disgruntled employee flat out refused to check us out. She called another employee (who had only been on the job three days) to check us out. She came up, confused, and said "Well, I guess I'll be checking you out...I'm not sure why, though...I'm supposed to be on the floor." I told her we had miffed her colleague by asking too many intrusive pricing questions.
So, either this location is a BBW anomaly or gone are the days of the sugary sweet BBW employees.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
