This business is just the most preppy place. The large windows and colorful building is just so so preppy. The ice cream is amazing! My favorites would have to be cotton candy or rocky road and if you happen to catch this in summer get that beach one I'm not sure what it's called. The workers were just average they were nice they were not by any means rude but no jokes no compliments. Baskin Robins slays!

Walking distance from my house here in Monrovia I took my wife and my daughter for a scoop of ice cream, after we left, we were eating ice cream and discovered. Multiple long hairs were weaved inside the ice cream.
They should implement a hair net, and facial hair net for employees handling food

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would.
Among all of the issues with my visit, there was one employee that stuck out in particular: Garrett. He is a shift supervisor who is beyond unwelcoming.
As my family walked in, we went in ungreeted. He almost didn't acknowledge us. We had 5 orders, and each seemed to take up too much of his "busy" time. As a family establishment, one would think that the employees promote welcoming behavior. It, in fact, was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this Baskin Robin's location to any families looking for a fun treat for the night. Drive down the street to Coldstone Creamery and get yourself good service!!

When coming to this location, if Kevin isn't working, don't order a milkshake.

Almost every time my family orders a milk shake ($7 each so it's not cheap) the employee will roll their eyes or just walk away and start slamming the blender. There have been several occasions where they dint even fill the cup or the shake is spilling all over the sides.

Before you think this is a one off situation, we have been coming here weekly, sometimes twice a week to get my kids shakes. This isn't someone having a bad day, this is the consistency of the staff not wanting to make the shakes.

I cannot believe how upset these employees get when you order something on the menu.

Do yourself a favor and go to the pasadena location or Duarte location instead.

The cashier added an authorized S3 tip that I had refunded. I never had this problem at any otherBRs. Check your receipts immediately.!

Customer service is the WORSE! Doesn't matter who helps me they absolutely hate making milk shakes. Hmm this is your job right?!

Red head kid named Ethan was super helpful! He was very polite and took the time to allow me to try a couple samples before I purchased my ice cream!

This is a pretty spacious store so easy for social distancing.

I ordered a banana split. If you download the Baskin Robbins app you will find various deals. One for this month was a banana split for $5. Pretty good! Due to COVID restrictions you have to get it to-go. The person who helped me made sure my ice cream did not get ruined haha....he sealed the container with lots of tape! What a beautiful creation when I opened the container. You get to choose 3 flavors of ice creams, then toppings and it comes with almonds, whip cream and 3 cherries. It was so good.

Nice location in old town Monrovia. I went in for a single scoop cone. Jeanette was so nice and professional. She suggested a waffle cup. Great ice cream and customer service. I don't tip at stores like this but I did this time.

After a day at Universal, we had a second round of ice cream. Employees are very friendly and upbeat. They even allowed sampling. The Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream is the most decadent Ice cream ever
