Excellent location and has what one needs nicely laid out. Entering is still the focus on books but there are a lot of games and toys deeper in the store. Good sized inside and easy to find in this mall area.

Outside seating for when the weather is nice. Inside and to the right is a god sized coffee shop with seating. Starbucks drink products and delicious goodies. I enjoyed an Iced Green Tea and an Oreo Brownie.

Nice baristas helping everyone. Fair pricing on the enjoyable treats. Great discounts on a lot of good books. And membership offers additional discounts.

We have had quite a few issues with this location charging us incorrectly, but today it was just too much.
The last few times we have been here they either rang in a book multiple times or didn't discount the books that were supposed to be BOGO 50% (they had the stickers on them but each time the manager wanted to see the books and then have us show them the display before they would fix the charge) and we figure out there is an issue with the amount as we are walking out and have to get back in line to have them adjust the charge.
Today's experience, though, my husband went to pick up a book that he had requested to have sent to the store, he gets it, he pays for it, makes it out to the car and realizes that for whatever reason they charged him the Canadian price as opposed to the US price, which is a difference of $13. He goes back in, lets them know what happened, there's no apology or anything, and they won't put the money back on the card. They will only give it to him in cash or store credit. And all they will give him back is $9.98, which already isn't enough considering the difference in price, but also the fact that that book was supposed to be four dollars off of the original price. At that point we had to leave because we had other errands to run, and we just had to eat the cost at that point.
This store has been extremely disappointing and we won't be back.

Not much Barnes and nobles in Bay Area, came here and everything was super nostalgic. I'm a teacher and found books for my kids. The employees were super helpful in finding books! They have a nice Asian variety, it felt very inclusive! Their Starbucks is nice too, they don't accept Starbucks gift cards but they take Barnes and nobles gift card!

Not usually a fan of big box book stores - but the staff here (specifically Bridget) made me want to return again. Incredibly helpful , enthusiastic and friendly.

Still my favorite Barnes & Noble location. Staff is friendly and it's very well organized and clean. I never have issues finding what I need (and more lol). I come here about once a month.

Love going here when in Reno. I miss a real bookstore and this place hits the spot when I am in town.

Everyone is so pleasant here, it's spacious. I love my coffee while reading, and also love the discount you get for being a member.

I've been a customer at Barnes & Noble for over a decade. After I buy a book, I like to sit at their cafe and read for an hour or so, preferably with a good coffee. Unfortunately, there's this particular lady who's working there. She's a large, heavyset lady with an extremely LOUD, grating voice.

If she is indeed a manager, she should know better than to practically shout like she's at some rave when there are at least a dozen paying customers sitting around reading and trying to study. I understand this isn't a library, but still, SOME consideration would be appreciated. I noticed some people around me getting frustrated as well. The woman got so loud she finally drove me out of the store.

Head and shoulders above the alienating online shopping experience.
Be a human, be around other humans. Read a book. Drink some coffee.

My favorite place to read, have Starbucks, and enjoy me time. The book selection looked good until..They will remove teacher discount soon which sucks. They added more candles but their selection of Islam books is very small compared to before.
