Bank of America Financial Center

Showed up to get something notarized was informed that they were unable to assist me. They instructed me to go elsewhere where I have to pay to get something notarized. I came to my own bank where I hold all my accounts for now to get it done. Highly disappointed in this branch

The people that work at this Bank of America are so nice. They were friendly and helpful. The location is good too, on Main Street, not too far from the courthouse or from the highway. I went through the drive thru a week or so ago and it turns out that another Bank of America drive thru is shutting down and the customers will have to come inside or use the ATM.

They just closed their drive-thru and replaced it with "24 hour ATM" service. Lines inside the bank are now absolutely ridiculous. Do. Not. Bank. Here.

No Customer Service. Don't put $$$ here. I removed my $$$$$$. They didn't care one bit that I removed a big amount. Again DON'T put any money at any BOA.

I will never understand how this bank has customers. They are open 9am-4pm. What working adult doesn't work during this time frame? Even high schoolers are in class at this time. I opened an account over 6 months ago, had direct deposit until my employer took it away. Every two weeks I would attempt to cash my payroll check, and I was provided a different excuse each time. Either I wasn't a customer long enough, they could only cash a few hundred of it, or couldn't cash it at all and could deposit it. On top of that, every time I call no one answers the phone, but when I go in it's dead. I came in to speak with a banker about my account and was told I needed an appointment, yet half the staff was standing around, and offices were empty. I would never recommend this "bank" to anyone.

There are a dozen or so people in line and nobody is working the desk. There was one person working the desk when I got here, but she has been in the back for about 5 minutes now.
