Made an appointment to open up a joint checking account over a week ago. I receive a confirmation email of appointment and then I get a call at 3:59pm. Stating my appointment has to be canceled for another week since they are "too busy". I try calling back the associate Wanda and she has NO active VOICEMAIL which is so unprofessional. Now I have to go back online to reschedule. By far this is a bad first impression. I will not be rescheduling

Terrible Service. Go to a different Babk of America or switch banks. Not worth your time standing in line for 30 mins to make deposits

Bank manager Sydney has been very helpful in the last ten years I have been coming here. Very professional and courteous in a very busy and demanding environment.

I went to deposit a large cash amount. The teller took the money in the back to count it. My mistake I guess, I never should have let the money out of my sight. Anyways he counts it up and he is $2000 short. I tell him to count again and this time he is $1000 short. They essentially stole $1000 from me. They will not produce security tapes or put me in contact with a manager. I had my attorney write a letter to obtain video which was ignored. Unfortunately it would cost more to fight them over it so I'm just screwed. Do not trust this bank or its employees!!

Because my visits here require patience.

Long line inside, and with drive thru-- About 7 teller stations, with only 2 working.

Looks like they could use some help at this location.

Bank has 2 convenient walk up ATM's, as well as 2 drive thru ATM's.

Plenty of drive thru tellers and a friendly and courteous staff.

I give them low marks. Tried to get help with lowering my interest rate and my refinancing my mortgage. My interest rate is 5.5%. They said that unless I was behind in my payments there wasn't anything they could do for me. I got nowhere explaining to them that I was struggling financially and that by refusing to help they were placing me in a position where I'd have no choice but to miss making payments.
