This branch is the worst of the worst of a once fine financial institution. BofA sucks as it is but this branch is run by Morons. EVERY time I use their 2 machines I encounter a technical issue forcing me to go in and wait behind 8 other Patrons with 2 teller window open.

Sense of urgency is very low, need better training done for workers. Whoever is managing this branch clearly doesn't listen to what it's customers needs.

3 employees sitting at desks (doing nothing) waiting to help customers open accounts. 0 customers wanting to open accounts.
2 tellers helping customers, 18 customers standing in line waiting for a transaction.

I wondered why this Bank of America had so little stars, but as I waited...waited....got impatient....waited I finally got an "I'll be right with you". Are you kidding? Only 1 teller with a line almost out the door.
I got tired of counting the ::sighs:: coming out of every single human being in line. You would think Barbara Bush was behind the counter counting money with the snail race going on. I mean sheesh, I got an I'll be right with you instead of actual customer service.

I really like the people at this bank! Everyone is so helpful & respectful! I have no problem in making an appointment and talking to them to make changes to my account or set up a living trust! I love this bank!!!!

Bad customer service. I called with the question and the lady who answered apparently did not understand my question and asked me to hold since she was with a client. 10 minutes after holding my call got transferred to on going ringing so I had to hang up and call again.

this is by far the worst bank ever. i would never recommend this bank to anyone!!!!! they literally don't let you cash your hard working check!!!!!! i don't even understand how this stupid "bank" is even a bank. like i've never Heard of banks holding your hard working money! they dont even deserve one star!!!!!!!! If your thinking of banking with this bank SAVE YOUR TIME & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE CAUSE I PROMISE YOU'LL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This bank deserves 0 stars. The tellers are no help whatsoever. Very rude. And every time I come the line is out the door with only two tellers. I would understand waiting a long time if they had great customer service. But they don't. I'm glad I personally don't bank with BOA and only come for work because they are absolutely worthless.

I have had this Bank ever since I was about 17. I am currently 24 and don't know why I still bank there. Maybe it's the online mobile banking. Which is awesome and convenient. There service inside is horrible. They are always short staff when they KNOW how busy it gets. Three tellers and 2 reps. It is like a 30 min wait for the tellers and an hour if you don't have an appoint. I came in today for a card replacement. I didn't have an appointment. There was 2 people in front of me so the lady came up to me and said it was going to be 30 minutes or more because they have appointments. Completely understandable. This other couple comes in with no appointment 20 min after me to set up an account. I already know how long it takes to get a temporary card. 5 minutes max. So Rene comes up and completely ignores me and takes the couple. When I have already been waiting for 45. Then he took another 30+ to get them set up. Unsatisfactory. He knew I was upset. I understand that there are wait times but I had to wait extra when I shouldn't have. I think the customer service is horrible.
