I like this BOA branch because it's very convenient for me and it's right off the interstate 57, employees are very nice and professional with It.

I have been banking here for almost a year I believe. Nothing but good experiences each and everytime I deal with some facade of BOA. Be it online transactions, ATM transactions, via phone or in person. Oh!!! And I love their App!!!
I am able to make the same transaction I can in person, ON MY MOBILE APP!! IT IS PRETTY DOPE!
I went in to handle a business transaction and to make a deposit. There was a long line. It was a Saturday morning(late), so I should have expected it.
I like to get up early and make my bank runs, however, it just didnt happen for me today. The line seemed to love fairly fast, and I wasnt really bothered by the wait. When I got to the teller, it was a young woman who assisted in setting up my account, so it was nice to see her again.
I let her know what I desired to do this visit and she got to work. And in minutes, I was finished and headed out the door.
This place is great!!! So many options for banking, so many extras that makes life so easy when handling your finances. I literally have NO COMPLAINTS!! I would totally suggest this banking institution to my friends, family and strangers!!! I love everything about their and the amenities that come along with having an account with them!!!! I am HIGHLY pleased.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Tracy R.Olympia Fields, IL01734Jun 25, 2019
This was the waiting room when I was there. I waited 30 minutes for service. The excuse was they were training but then they should bump the number of employees up on training days so that the level of service doesnt become compromised.

Their policy on paper checks (including payroll checks) is way outdated, and perhaps illegal. They will hold your check (including payroll checks) for more than a week to verify funds before making it available for use., Even if you deposit your check inside with a teller. That process can really be done through the positive pay system.

2/24/21 I went to the bank to cash a check written to me from a family member in which I am also on the account. I gave the teller the check and my expired drivers license. She said she could not accept the driver's license because it was expired. It expired a month and two days ago. I told her due to COVID-19 the DMV was closed and the state of IL has extended the drivers license and ID card expiration date until June 1, 2021. I asked to speak to the branch manager. Lorena, the branch manager, mentioned the expired drivers license and I explained to her why my license was expired and the DMV was closed due to Covid-19 and the state of IL extended the expiration date to June 1st. She told me the DMV reopened January 5th and she asked me if I had a passport and suggested other options and asked if the person that wrote the check could come to the bank. I told her that option was not possible and she suggested other options to me like Zelle, depositing the check in another bank as she saw my other bank cards when I pulled them out. Lorena told me she couldn't honor the driver's license extension by the state and the banks policy was to see a current driver's license. I called customer service to speak with a representative about my ordeal and requested a debit card. I didn't think I needed one, but I wish I had one today. BOA disappointed me today. This is an opportunity for continuous improvement.

The only positive experiences I have had with BOA has been in Las Vegas and/or Henderson, NV. Because I have a Coop in this area area of NE Illinois it sometimes becomes necessary for me to go to this BOA. Poorly staffed, generally long waits and high percentage of staff lacks the personality to be dealing with the public. Find the same to be true of most BOA's in Bronx and Harlem as well.
