First time getting a CPAP is not starting off great.

Called this place and they basically refused to allow me to just pick up a CPAP, they wanted me to set up an appointment but they didn't have any available today so I had to use PTO to schedule the appointment for tomorrow.. okay whatever.

I come in to bring my insurance card, my prescription & my sleep study as requested and then they couldn't figure that out I guess.. I got my home sleep study done by Lofta.com from a legitimate doctor so there should be no issue.

They were unhelpful, unfriendly, incompetent & a waste of time.
