was good.
Drinks were amazing. We had the excessive hedoism. A spiced whiskey with amaretto smoked cedar wood and cinnamon stick.
Bartender grandpa and Afro aka jona were amazing host.
Nice lobby bar with a upstair game lounge.
Beautiful art. Comfortable seating. Very comfortable stay and visitHelpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ray T.Chicago, IL123Dec 11, 2022
Nick is an amazing bartender. He walked me thru the selection and made the night one to remember. I will be back.

This little spot shares the lobby with the Vintage Hotel. The front desk for the hotel is actually inside the bar. But it isn't weird- it's a casual come and go atmosphere. Our bartenders took the time to introduce themselves, and we learned where they were from, what they were doing here. They had a guy playing guitar, I think he performed most of his album while we were there. It was good music, this guy was a true artist, but slow and somber. Please remember to tip your musicians. There is actually a hallway to Il Solito, a restaurant I highly recommend. They share their food menu with Il Solito. Cocktails ran about $14 for exotic cocktails, but they have a wine hour on Thursdays with local wine. There are also Pool tables upstairs if you fancy that! I ordered coffee too... local strong stuff of legends.

We went to the Miracle Pop Up Bar that took over the Bacchus Bar. The website described it as...
"Miracle is a Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar that serves holiday cocktails in a festive setting. With kitschy holiday décor, professionally-developed cocktails and the nostalgic energy of the best office party you've ever been to, Miracle is sure to get even the grouchiest grinch in the holiday spirit."
I'm a big fan of Kimpton Hotels and Hotel Vintage, but was very underwhelmed when I saw how half assed the Christmas decor that lacked any type of charm or immersion. Hell there wasn't even any Christmas music that was playing. The decor honestly consisted of cheap felt decorations that I've seen in Dollar Tree and a very lazy panel of various wrapping paper and some cool ornament displays
The cocktails however were good and no one in our party disliked their drinks. We were however disappointed that most drinks were in the $13-14 range despite being served in a setting with cheap thrift store decorations and the venue being understaffed despite not seeming overly busy.
Our server was nice but was hardly around to take our order which caused me to miss happy hour pricing despite being there for 12 mins or so before the cutoff. She mentioned not being able to override the system. Our food took a long time to arrive and everyone got their food at wildly different times. Most of our party were ready to leave 20 mins before the last 2 people even got their food out. Had the server been around more frequently this could have been addressed early on but it wasn't so it caused our party to be late for a performance they were planning to attend.
Overall the drinks were good but for a place charging a premium for food and drink and for an event that was marketed pretty heavily...I just expected a lot more.Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 640176714608Dec 21, 2018
We were in the area and needed a quick drink and decided to come in here. I've been in hete a couple of times but never really sat in the lounge area, but up at the bar. The vibe and atmosphere is welcoming. The hostess was friendly and patient while I decided on what to drink. I opted for the Snowball Old Fashioned as it was a seasonal drink made with a snowball of ice. The drink was refreshing and not very sweet, which I enjoyed. We didn't eat as we were planning on getting towards our next destination.
Overall, cool spot and comfortable.
Just a note - cell reception is bad in that area.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Nick G.Beaverton, OR01Nov 28, 2022
This bar has an amazing atmosphere with fantastic drinks to match. The mixologist Colette is top-notch at their craft. They know how to quickly make delicious drinks that create a lovely experience. They use the highest quality ingredients and press their own juices creating the best drinks you could imagine. Thank you so much for taking pride in what you provide, we need more people like you. I will be recommending not just the venue but you specifically.

I came in here with a friend on a Wednesday night for cocktails at the Miracle Bar pop up. The lobby bar vibe and overall set up of it is really cute and SO festive, everywhere you look is Christmas. This is a really inviting bar as well, many comfy seats for bigger groups and quiet nooks for dates or meetings. We had the Koala-La-La-La drink and whatever the coffee, chocolatey tequila drink is. As someone who does not drink much tequila other than a margarita, I actually really liked the chilly tequila beverage, however, my tequila loving friend did not. The Koala drink is great if you love gin and any herbaly cocktails. Our waitress was GREAT personality wise and with her drink recommendations but pretty slow as far as checking in on us went. Overall, I will 100% be back during the holidays because hey it only comes once a year.

Located inside the Hotel Vintage, Bacchus Bar is the perfect place to grab a drink. Looks and feels upscale but lat the same time it's very laid back and chill!
I stayed a couple times inside Hotel Vintage, and they host a daily wine hour from 5-6pm with local wineries. It's so convenient that Bacchus Bar does their happy hour 7 NIGHTS A WEEK from 6-8pm. Half off local wines and brews, beers ended up being only $3-$4. Such a steal!
They have live music on the weekend and there's plenty of seating within the lounge. Bartenders and Hotel Vintage staff are friendly.
Whether you are a hotel guest or not, definitely worth popping in and having a couple drinks if you're around in the early evening!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Matt E.Portland, OR496316768539Oct 30, 2018
Let's just be real: hotel bars are rad and don't get the respect they deserve. Bacchus Bar is the perfect example.
Located inside the Kimpton Hotel Vintage, Bacchus Bar is tucked into the back of the lobby, and feels like a secret corner of cool. There's plenty of places to sit with friends or a date, and I've never once found it to be crowded. Plus, if you go upstairs you can play free pool or shuffleboard!
They have an impressive (if maybe a little spendy by a couple of bucks) cocktail list that is super creative. It's all very aromatic, and if you sit at the bar, you're going to get some good smells, free of charge. My favorite is the Herbfashioned, which marries rye with saffron and bitters. A close second is the Broadway Boulevardier. Now, Boulevardiers are my favorite cocktail in general, and they make a great one here: Trails End bourbon, Cocchi Torino, Campari. The fact that I still call the Herbfashioned my favorite is really saying something.
With a name like Bacchus Bar, you'd expect a good wine list. I can't say much about it, because I drink the cocktails.
There's good food options, the menu is Italian-inspired. The chicken parm sandwich is on point. So is the Caesar salad.
Go here for a sexy hotel date.Helpful 14Thanks 0Love this 12Oh no 0
