I love sketchers shoes but this outlet Customer services all need to be fired or trained not helpful or not even want to help their customer the cashier very rude even after I paid my item she doesn't say thanks I bought 2 pairs she put it in the bag and just leave it on her counter not even trying to handed to me and keep talking with other worker very disappointed customer care all the worker are bunch of lazy people that waiting for their pay check and hoping if all customer go away to make them work easier

The customer service at this place was appalling, in fact 'appaulling' is an understatement! No one wants to serve & if u ask them to help you look for something it's too much of an inconvenience for them. All 3 girls that was working there did not want to help their customers on 11th August 2013, even the so called manager was interested in managing a complaint about lack of customer service. I think Skechers need to get rid of these staff if they are planning to sell products! Disgusted!
