A really amazing hotel! I couldn't have picked a better place to stay during our family trip! I almost don't want to write this review as it feels like a hidden gem. There were so many more benefits to staying here versus hotels that were within walking distance of Disney.
The lobby was so pretty. It felt like I was walking into someone's living room. My favorite part had to be the giant fireplace, I could just sit there and stare at it all day long. Loved the tall ceilings!
We requested a room on the second floor and it was nice to have the option to take the stairs or elevator. There was even a small seating area on the second floor that overlooked the lobby. The room we got had a divider in the middle that separated the beds. It was spacious and clean. Having a microwave and mini fridge already puts this place legions above the hotels near Disney without burning a hole in your wallet.
Bathroom was clean and spacious. This is the biggest shower/bathtub that I've ever encountered in a hotel. The water pressure was on point. There was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall.
Breakfast buffet was top tier! Everyday had something slightly different but there was something for everyone that's for sure. Their bacon and spicy pork sausages were my favorite offerings.
There's also a gym, business center (with printers and computers) and outdoor pool. The pool was even heated but didn't get a chance to try it out this time. Both the pool and jacuzzi looked well maintained and clean!
This place was close to the highway so Disney was just a quick 10 min drive away and back. They also have free parking. Like can the perks of this hotel get any better?Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - George P.Half Moon Bay, CA109854Mar 16, 2024
I stayed 5 nights at this location for a training every. The staff was wonderful and super helpful. The rooms were spacious and neat. More than enough room for me however I believe that I could have fit my family of 5 if we stayed at this place with no problem.
The bathroom was large with a nice large tub. The housekeepers were great.
The best part of my stay here was the morning breakfast. Mexican inspired food. I've never had chilequiles served home made at a hotel before. Super delicious and there was something new every day. (Omlets, hasbrowns with chorizo, and more).
Lastly, the pool was awesome along with a huge hot tub. My only negative was the hotel bar. Basic drinks, nothing too popular but although I don't drink alcohol, can't knock them down for that.
Stay here at this hotel. Great location.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 15874Feb 19, 2024
My family and I stayed here for a night while visiting Disneyland. The morning of check-in, I was texted and asked if any special accommodations were required, which was really good customer service. The pool was heated and the hot tub was perfect! Getting to relax after a long day Disneyland was just what we needed. There is a Mexican restaurant. Located in the hotel, which was wonderful and very convenient to have dinner before heading back into the park.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. The hotel staff explained how the shuttle bus works when traveling to Disney and they made our trip easy and worry free. The only concern that I have was around the pool. It was a bit slippery for my toddler. I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Disneyland!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Carebot B.San Diego, CA04May 8, 2024
I stayed at this hotel in Feb 2024 for a single night for a business trip. I never received my $100 incidental deposit back and I just got an alert today that the credit card information for the card I used in February was stolen and used for fraudulent charges at this hotel. So they stole $100 and my credit card information from me.

Gosh we fell in love.
We stayed here for 5 nights while on a trip to Disneyland and this hotel was such a refreshing part of our vacation.
Everything from the complimentary breakfast and parking, Disney shuttle, rooms linen service, hotel attendants customer service, open lobby, outdoor pool, to the chimes in the elevator, AND the added security of needing room keys to open all doors, it ALL speaks volumes that they value their customers.
A couple weeks before our stay, I emailed them about a pack-n-play and if there was a curtain or divider that separated the beds in a 2Queen room for my mother that was sharing our room with us. They responded quickly and told me my requests were noted on our account.
- Upon arrival I checked up on that request and was told the pack n play was being set up and once we got to the room we saw that they gave us a room that had a wall to separate the beds! It was perfect. It was also a great size with high ceilings, it never felt crowed with three adults- and my husband is 6'5- and a 14m old baby with a pack n play!
I am almost hesitant to spread the word for fear this gem will loose what we adored about it. Yet how can I not rave about this plve,Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Oct 26, 2023Updated review
We booked this hotel through a Get Away Today package. We stayed here while going to Disneyland. Before arriving I was a bit worried, this hotel was a down grade from the hotel we were staying at, but cost wise allowed us to add two more park days for the same price as what we were paying to stay at the Delta. I've stayed at the Delta before, and it's an okay hotel. But Ayres Orange was probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at in this area. It's a smaller hotel a little farther from the parks. The rooms are spacious and modern. The bathroom was huge. The towels were fluffy. The room was spotless upon arrival. Tons of storage space which was great so we didn't have things everywhere in the way. The breakfast is mediocre, but for free breakfast you can't complain. They had a decent variety to choose from daily. We never had issues finding parking, but at night we did usually have to go to the parking garage behind the hotel. The pool was empty every time we went over there, which was nice!
I do wish they offered a Disneyland Shuttle service. There is an ART bus stop nearby at the ALO. We had passes to it but ended up getting a refund on them as we had tried to use it multiple times and we're not able to get a ride. The only reason I would go to another hotel is because some offer their own shuttle. Parking at the parks every day is a great way to burn through money, but when you want to get there in a timely manner it's really the only way.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Oct 25, 2023Previous reviewWe booked this hotel through a Get Away Today package. At this hotel everything went well. The rooms are spacious and decorated for the crowd that appreciates an elegant ambiance. This location is close to the freeway which is convenient for the business traveler...check-In process is easy which is also a helpful bonus for the business traveler.

This hotel is incredibly nice. It's only three miles from Disneyland. The hotel staff is welcoming and check in was smooth. Parking is free which is always nice considering the area. Breakfast is also free and the food is good. The rooms are nice as well. We comfortably fit 3 plus sized women in a two queen room. It's spacious and the furniture is nice. The beds are comfortable and the shower is spacious. The tv gets all the good channels for when you're winding down after a long day at Disney. They have a dinner place in the hotel but I wouldn't recommend it.

Best hotel I've stayed in for a very long time. The staff is amazing and so friendly. The room was clean, nothing felt missed in terms of cleaning, and the room was a great size.
The beds are not top of the line, but not the worst I've had either. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. The hot tub and pool were very well maintained. The breakfast was actually one of the best I've had at a hotel breakfast. The pancakes were delish, decent bagels, and I hope you are there on bacon day because that bacon was amazing. Each day they have different choices for the hot breakfast items, so the breakfast never got too boring. They even had oatmeal, lots of fresh fruit, and yogurt for those eating healthier.
Really I don't need to say more because it was all awesome, especially for the affordable price.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
