They were friendly and really helpful. They all seem to like their job and that's important. The store was neat and looked to be well maintained.
I got my battery checked out and I am so thankful for their free service. It kept be from stranded beside the road somewhere. I even tried to tip a lady and she was so sweet and said that it was not necessary. I was happy to do it, It's my job....with a sincere smile and great fullness. My battey light came on so i pulled into Autozone. Lance tested my battery and alternator. He discovered that my alternator was bad. It was still under warranty so he was able to swap it out and called a mobile mechanic for me so i wouldnt have to pay for a tow. Lance went above and beyond to assist me. His customer service was exceptional. I will only shop here from now on! Lance is top notch and a true asset to your company!

I've only shopped here twice, but, as a mechanic, have visited other parts stores nearby COUNTLESS times, typically spending around $500 per month on parts. On each occasion, I came to rent a tool, on the second I also had a order to pick up that I had completed and paid for online. Both visits were a disaster.
Aside from the fact that each visit took nearly 30 minutes, despite having only 2 or 3 customers (which, sadly, I've come to expect from Autozone in general), both visits were full of poor service. On the first, I came to rent a tailpipe cutter... The tool worked fine, but I unfortunately lost the receipt (though, the tool is rented out under my account using my phone number, never been an issue in the past).
When I went to return the tool (about 2 weeks later), they were apparently unable to find any record of it ever being rented, and essentially told me that they won't take it back. He then asked who checked me out, when I told him, he said "he no longer works here." So, rather than accept the tool, which I ABSOLUTELY rented from them (apparently from a staff member who had been fired since), they chose to alienate me as a customer and keep my money.
On this same visit is when I was to pick up an order that I had paid for already online, about 3 days before. Even after seeing my e-mail confirmation/receipt, the CSR was unable to find my order, and insisted several times that it didn't exist. After about 15 minutes and 2 manager interventions, they found that my order had basically been returned back into inventory and wiped from the log because I didn't pick it up immediately. I don't know if this was an issue of these guys being poorly trained on how to use the computer systems, or they are just blatantly unprofessional, but I won't return.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Carolyn P.Port Orange, FL0113Feb 21, 2015First to Review
Everyone is always so friendly and helpful here. They will come replace your wiper blades or put in a new battery for you which helps so much when you have your kids with you. We will be back and recommend coming here for any auto parts needs.
