Incredibly smooth and wonderful experience working with Saul. My partner and I both bought jeeps from him and we cannot rave enough about his service. If we ever need another car (hopefully not too soon) we would 100% go to him again.
The facility is clean and all the workers are kind. They update online and are honest about pricing.
Saul was patient and a great listener from the beginning- never pushy or scheme-y at all. We bought her jeep new off lot and he made the process go so smoothly and as fast and efficient as possible. When we had to text and call him with questions, he was so kind and never seemed bothered.
We ordered my jeep (due to a general shortage) and he was honest and communicative about timing. He made an intentional effort to sit with me and help me choose things that would make sense for me and my journey.
The price was actually a little lower than we expected as he did everything he could to get me the best. They also offered me the best price for my trade in compared to other places I asked.
Again this place (and Saul in particular) is a five star experience.
Oh and he was super chill and supportive with a same sex couple buying matching jeeps. Just wanted to note how cool that was.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 0 - Bailey G.Knoxville, TN1927Feb 10, 2024
Would not recommend at all due to highly immoral sales tactics! This dealership tricked my husband and I into coming here from out of state to look at a truck they didn't even have. They then bait and switched us when we let them know we were within 15 minutes of their place. Sales "manager" Ryan Bensch left us a very theatrical message about how very frustrated he was about the oversight that they JUST realized they no longer have the vehicle, then tried to sell us one for the same price with almost triple the miles. We had been in contact with them about this vehicle for almost 2 weeks prior. Not to mention setting an appointment with Debbie Lopez to view the car yet she harassed us by calling and texting every day for over a week. Debbie also offered to "hold" the nonexistent car for a non-refundable $500-$1000 deposit that could be "applied to the vehicle balance IF we financed through them." This vehicle is a decoy, it has been listed for almost 2 months and is STILL for sale. These people are seriously predatory. Buyer beware.

I brought my Ram Promaster in for service. When the service was completed, I noticed a gas smell. I brought the van back in, and the cause of the smell was fixed. The dealership mentioned that they were seeking vehicles to purchase and made me an offer of 15000$ for my van, which was 6000$ less than other dealerships/private buyers had offered. I declined.
As I left the service bay, my van was making a loud squealing noise. I turned around and went back to the service bay. After looking at the van, I was told that I needed a new power steering system at a cost of approximately 3000$. I strongly questioned this, noting that nothing was wrong when I brought the van in. When I could get no logical reason for this sudden damage, I told the service manager that I would be seeking legal advice on my options, feeling that something had been done to my vehicle to cause this damage. After telling me how insulted they were at my suggestions, they took the van back to the service area. Well, surprise, surprise, when they came out, they told me that in actuality, I only needed some power steering fluid and I was good to go.
I consulted several other repair professionals and they all agreed that there most assuredly was something fishy going on.
I wouldn't take my car to this service group ever again!!!! Beware!!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Teresa P.San Francisco, CA01Mar 26, 2023
I bought a brand new Jeep Compass that uses oil like gas. I complained and they have done nothing but push me off, I guess because I am a female they feel they can treat me this way. I would not recommend buying anything form them EVER!

Heather and Saul were very helpful and friendly helping us with a Ram 1500. Heather was very knowledgeable. We live in Asheville, but chose this dealership after having a poor experience at Fields. They do have a much smaller selection of trucks, but it was worth it to not have to deal with sleazy sales people.
That being said, it's still a car dealership and we did have some issues. The main one was was grossly inaccurate internet pricing. We mentioned this to them and they have since updated the website to accurately reflect pricing. Also know that, even with excellent credit, zero percent financing can not be combined with other available discounts- so to get it you'll be paying top dollar. Kind of makes it pointless and more of a gimmick to get you in. I don't blame the dealership for that as much as the manufacturer.
We left after our first visit after deciding the interest rate offered via Chrysler was too high. Heather spent time with the finance department calling several banks to shop the best rate for us. She was able to get us a lower rate that dropped our payment down into our goal range.
When we went to leave with the truck we were told autostar had lost the second key fob to the truck. They told us we had to come in the next Tuesday when the person would be there half of the day to make a replacement key. On that Tuesday morning the dealership called to remind us that the key woman would be there from 11:30 to 2:30pm (3 hours). We started driving there and half way into the drive we received at call at 12:15 that the key woman was leaving soon and wouldn't wait for us. We were told that in reality she is only there for one hour every Tuesday . Very strange. Hopefully we can catch her during the one hour window next week so we can actually get our second key.
Overall we felt good giving our business to a smaller dealership and are happy with our truck.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Nov 6, 2019Previous reviewHeather and Saul were helpful and friendly helping us with a Ram 1500. I ordered a Jeep Wrangler a few months back and picked it up yesterday. I have to say from start to finish Saul was fantastic. I shopped at a few other dealerships before purchasing here and found some of the other dealerships to use sales techniques that were undesirable. Saul was straight forward and honest about the timeline I could expect my special order. From the second I walked in he was patient and professional while we discussed all the options available. The order process was smooth and easy. My Jeep arrived at the dealership at the earlier end of the time he quoted. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was quick and professional. I would definitely buy another car from this location and Saul.

Terrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Tori was good about keeping in touch to a certain extent. I seen a van we wanted to purchase on auto trader, so I immediately (6/30/22) contacted them. I was told the van wasn't ready yet and that it was undergoing some repairs. I kept checking in due to me really wanting the van; every week until 7/27/22. The week I take a vacation with my family I was text and told it would be a couple days before it was ready. I jumped on it with asking for pictures because the pictures from auto trader was computer generated and wasn't the van. Tori sent me pictures and I told her (Tuesday) that I would be back in from vacation on Saturday and I would be there Monday. She said that would be great. That was set. We'll I received a text today (Wednesday evening) that the van sold yesterday (Tuesday afternoon). I can truly understand wanting to make a buck, but ethics is out the door when dealing with these guys. I again have been on this for an entire month only to be told it wasn't ready and that they didn't have it for sale yet. Then it sales the day they are speaking to me about coming to them. All I can say is there is a lot of good ethical dealerships out there if you take the time to look. Just not this one.

We bought a new Dodge Ram pro master today. We have bought many vehicles through the years and today was by far the best dealership experience. Our salesman, Jorge Del Valle Espinosa was wonderful, doing everything in his power to help us find and purchase the vehicle we wanted. We highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

I recently purchased a 2022 Ram Rebel from Autostar Hendersonville NC. My experience has been extremely poor. I have been mislead numerous times and ended up spending approximately 1400 dollars and never received what I was promised. Example: I worked into the deal a set of five new wheels/tires to give my new truck some rise. Only 4 sets where ordered. So, I had to pay for the spare out of pocket. Second and most important: the new wheels and tires provided no change to the truck. My sales rep consulted with the tech team and said I would not need a lift. When I picked up my truck; rather then explaining to me that they made a mistake and I did need a lift; they gave me the truck with smaller size tires hoping I would not notice. This along with a delay on a my check for the trade and still not receiving a paperwork on my sale. I am very upset. The manager on Monday the 17th of November told me he would ring me later that day to see what he could sort out. Never received a call. Nor was I provided ANY compensation for the mistake. So here I am 1400 dollars gone with no change to the truck.
