I went in for an infinity and walked out with an amazing Jeep. This is a family owned business. Randy, the owner, is so straight forward. He took me in the right direction for what was best for my family. Financing was simple. His mother was amazing. I'm so satisfied with this buying experience! Simplistic. Best customer service I have had in a long time. My family and I thank you!

scammers. they screwed me hard. read reviews before going there. more negative than positive. paid $2,000 in repairs less than a year of owning. they blow smoke up your rear when you return with car problems

Irene is a sorry excuse for a "receptionist" and has no decency in my time whilst in the building and even worse over the phone. She has no knowledge about cars in the lot and was rude when answering questions about the car i was looking to buy. for example i noticed a broken cover on the speaker and asked what happened there, and if they would replace it, she responded with, "What do you expect its an 06." She also says that the credit company they go through will "accept anybody" so don't expect a good interest rate even with good credit.

I went to pick a car out and the 1st day i was there i was working with the owners Mother. I ended up coming back a couple days later to work out a deal with the owner. Upon working the deal i thought all was great. The day i went to pick up the car the mother was back and i asked if the car had a full tank of gas. She laughed at me and said we gave you a hell of a deal on this car and you want a full tank of gas also. On top of that i have reached out numerous times to get a Carfax from the dealership and still have not heard back from them.
I WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN AND WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN AN ENEMY.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Andy L.Wellesley, MA046May 1, 2021
Businesses like Autos Unlimited explain the reputation used car dealers have.
The owner, Randy, had a car languishing on his lot for a long time. He continually lowered his asking price which I rejected. Finally, I accepted his offer. For two days, I heard nothing so I contacted him again. This time, he said he was selling it to another buyer. When I asked why, he said that I would have needed a deposit to hold it--something he had never requested. It was clear that he had no intention of selling the car to me for the price he offered and was using me as a way to pressure another buyer into an inflated price.
I noticed that he had a relatively low ranking with the Better Business Bureau. When I asked them why, I was told it was because he failed to respond to their inquiry about another complaint they had received.
I also noticed that two of the five-star reviews on this site are ringers who are "sponsored" by the businesses to leave positive reviews.
No matter how good the offer looks here, be very skeptical.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jeff M.Codman Square, Boston, MA1781Aug 10, 2021
If i could give 0 stars I would. Irene being the receptionist is unprofessional & has no knowledge of the cars in the lot what so ever. Randy is no help either barely fixing cars & doing whatever to get them off the lot as fast as possible disregarding any issues... Long story short if you enjoy your money being spent well & having a piece of mind. Avoid this place at all cost, ill never buy another vehicle from here again!!!!! One of them small family business that does anything for the dollar & not satisfying customers.

I really hope I can update & change this review soon. Randy the owner & his mom seem really nice. I hate leaving bad reviews.
It will be 2 wks tomorrow that I purchased a Jeep. They were supposed to fix something in the front end & the blinkers. After getting it on the lift they decided the rear needed replacing. I wouldn't have known this had I not called.
At first my biggest gripe was the communication, or lack thereof. I'd like to be informed of the status once in a while w/o having to call.
I need my Jeep. There is a reason I always choose this vehicle w/ heated seats. I've been paying for a Jeep I own & can't drive and a rental. I've had to cancel things because I can't fit 2 German Shepherd Dogs in a car or pull a horse trailer. My back is killing me because I don't have the heated seats I need after working on a farm all day.
I tried to call again before they closed today. No answer. I'm at my wit's end.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Deb P.Rockport, MA02Dec 28, 2015First to Review
Bought a used car with numerous assurances about how it would fly through inspection and came with special, 90-day "use anywhere without a need to tow back here" warranty. Did not pass inspection and warranty--which I received in mail almost three weeks later--was the standard, drive-train only. Had to bring back car for major repairs to get sticker. Took four days and they would not provide loaner or rental. A/C system died four days off the lot. They did not want to fix, then shorted out the car computer attempting a cheap fix. I can now quote you the Lemon Law clauses that protect dealers because they quoted them to me frequently, as in, "We get four attempts to repair, loss of use for 10 business days is allowed...." We ended up in court. If you value your sanity and time, go elsewhere.
