Auto Bank of Kansas City

I wouldn't Bank on finding an auto here that you like, but it's worth coming to check out anyway.

I'm not a big fan of this autobank and I don't think many people are. Prices are bad and service is bad. This whole business of course is shady, and you know that going in.

Having said that, I'll give them a decent rating since you can get better deals here than on a used car lot (maybe).

BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM... UGLY is all I can say for my experience with Auto Bank. I got into a wreck with my car over a year after purchasing my car from Auto Bank of Kansas City. I was still making payments on my car BUT the insurance company sent Auto Bank the check for the full KBB value of the car and now Auto Bank will not give me anything back for the car. They're Shady & Heartless! I have tried working with them over and over again and they will not cooperate with us to give us the remaining balance subtracted from what was owed on the car.

Awful place, financing issues and the website is misleading. Kansas and Missouri are the worst places to buy vehicles.

Hice cita hace una semana para arreglar mi carro y me dijeron que duraban 3 horas en arreglarlo , ayer llegue a mi cita y resulta que nisiquiera habían encargado la parte que se necesita para mi carro , y que no sabían cuando les llegaba, si yo hice una cita hace una semana fue para que ellos desde hace una semana encargaran lo que se ocupa para mi carro. Yo trabajo y tengo cosas importantes que hacer y ocupo mi carro para moverme pero ellos me quedaron mal. Y eso todavía no bastó , me quedaban 2 días para vencer mi garantía y por esa razón yo lo llevé cuanto antes para que me valgan mi garantia antes de vencer y me dijeron que lo que tenía mi carro no lo cubría la garantía por que era fuera del motor , y su garantía solo cubre por dentro del motor, es algo ilogico porque sigue siendo parte del MOTOR. no había tenido problemas hasta ahora y es muy molesto que no se responsabilicen como se debe y se organicen.

I bought a 2014 Ford Escape with around 70k miles in it. First three months the transmission broke they fixed it for free. 5 months in the car completely is shot. the oil and antifreeze were leaking and they said "they don't even know where it's coming from." I was driving down the highway with my 3 year old in the car when my car broke both times. the most shady, unreliable place to go to. The mechanic "Angel" laughs in your face when you're asking questions while obviously upset. "Mario" is no help at all, while being very dismissive and rude. Now it's Christmas eve and I have to go without a car until they can call me and tell me what is the next step. I take very good care of the car since I'm a single mom and knew I would have no other way of getting around. I wasted all my saved up money to buy this car and it's not even 6 months in and it's already gone.

The guys that work there seem very shady and will not listen to what you have to say. They just tell you what you're going to pay and nothing else will be discussed it's their terms or no terms

I have been dealing with them for almost a year now. They are great. They are not a lot that's eager to take your car over 2 missed payment. all you have to do is communicate. And the cars are very nice. this is one of the few used carrots I have seen in kc with low mileage cars. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Please do not buy a car from this place. They are just salemen and will not fulfill promises and will get over on you! Think twice before buying from this place. These people are not as genuine as they seem!
