Aurelio's Pizza

Great ambience. Walking in reminded me of walking into an little Italian village. Felt like a family outdoor picnic. Our waitress was very attentive, checked in several times. We ordered the cheese sticks disappeared on arrival, as the kids inhaled them.
Family of four, we got the 18 inch sausage and pepperoni which was more than enough and have some leftovers. This was our pit stop on the way to Champagne.

The food is reasonable, but the service is unbelievably bad. A couple of our party were accused of lying about whether or not an outside dessert was homemade (I have no idea why that matters so much, because nobody ever told me), when all we were attempting to do was clarify what their policy was. If a manager had told us, clearly, that they had policies against outside food, and had stood their ground on this policy, I think we would have been perfectly understanding, but we got inconsistent answers, and then we were accused of lying to the server. Again, unbelievably bad customer service. The ambiance is exactly what you might expect from a Chicago-style eatery: stuck in the 70's. It's not my cup of tea, but if you like being treated like a stray dog that just walked in off the street, be my guest.

Decent food good pizza very pricey they need to come down on their pizza prices and their pasta prices

If you want Aurelio's DO NOT eat at this one. We ordered a Super six and a Sausage pizza. It tasted nothing like Aurelio's. There was something off with the cheese "it was Flaky" and the dough was undercooked. After speaking with Manager we were told that at this time of year the cheese from the distributor is like that. If you want Aurelio's do yourself a favor and go to Homewood,Crete,Lowell,Cedar Lake or any one other than this location. One star for the Ambiance as it is a nice building.

Wemt there on 5-9-22 and overall nothing to rant about. Haven't been to an aurelios pizza in a few years but it was the tinley park location and i recalll it being good.

Did the recipe change? Because i remember a sweeter sauce and not a cheese mixture on the pizza. The mixture of cheese tasted off (don't know if the cheese was expiring soon or not)

Was also told that at this time that they were not serving any kind of pasta or any sandwiches which was odd.

Probably will not be back since food was just ok.

Tried the taco pizza and a sausage and mushroom pizza.

The server Paige was good. Quick, friendly and helpful.

Have to say the delivery is difficult. Most times we've tried to order they won't even give you an amount of time so we cancel. Always decent when we dine in though. Can be pricey.

My favorite family pizza place! They never disappoint. The staff is always kind and friendly. The food is always hot and tasty!

OK I grew up on this pizza place but this time no they suck! Ordered two stuffed pizzas more like two soggy pizzas couldn't tell that these were stuffed pizzas they were soggy and Joey and they were just gross I mean disgusting and the only reason we ordered from them was because they're the only other pizza place in town that does stuffed besides our normal place which was closed because of the holiday should've taken the hint and not gotten pizza at least not from here won't happen again sorry I really owes you get a thumbs down

Born and raised in New York City, I venture out in my travels to try pizza in other localities and I frequent Chicago, and while in Bourbonnais I tried this place. Had the stuffed pizza, and it was amazing , One of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life, possibly the best, the sauce was perfection - my hats off to you guys - sauce was so good it totally blew my mind and I gotta give proper credit .
I would definitely go out of my way to have more pizza here, and the meatballs were legitimate homemade and delicious also
