Lanikai Brewing - Kailua

After trying all the breweries in town, nothing beats the beers @ Lanikai Brewing for me. It's been too long since we last came here and we had a fantastic pau hana! Love the laid back ambiance here and beautiful wood tables. Service was excellent!

Favorites of the Day:
--Pillbox Porter (Hawaiian+Tahitian Vanilla) - this has won several awards (well-deserved). My all time favorite beer! Very well balanced dark beer.
--Punalu'u Nitro Stout (Cacao + Macadamia Nuts) - this is a new April Release! I really hope they keep this beer around because it was so delicious! I don't know whether I like this one or the Pillbox Porter more.
--Kainalu (Lime+Alaea Sea Salt) which is a sour ale for people who want a lighter drink. Very good!

Highly recommend this brewery especially if you're in the area!

Lanikai brewing is one of our favorite little spots to bring the kids. They have ample seating inside and outside. Keep in mind, no A/C but great breeze and fans inside to keep you cool. There's a cute swing in the back, great for a photo op. Service is great - you view your menus via QR code on the table.

They serve brick oven pizza freshly cooked by Valentina's food truck. We ordered the Bees Knees and Little Miss Sunshine. The Bees Knees was literally that. So delicious and worth the short wait. As for beer, Mr. Sun Cho Lee (Belgian blonde) was my favorite.

A nice selection of crafted Island Inspired beers and spirits. You can order individually but I recommend the flights for sampling. Valentinas Pizza is adjacent and can be ordered and brought to your table. The pizza is good with some pretty custom and localized flavors, I personally vouch for the pepperoni, salami and Italian sausage pizza. Located about 5 minutes away from Lanikai Beach it's a great location to hit up before or after the beach. The service is always great and there is never much of a wait after ordering.

Small brewery, great inside area. Service was great even sitting outside. The food was amazing loved the charcuterie board to start! Drinks a bit expensive but what isn't in Hawaii. The beers are all flavorful, one of my favorite places.

This Irish girl loved her Irish style stout, the Punalu'u Nitro Stout. Hubby loved the Bees Knees Pizza. Keep up the fine work!

We stopped here while exploring O'ahu and it was a good meal overall. We had a pepperoni pizza and pesto salad, both of which were tasty. The beer was decent and paired well with the food, but it wasn't the best we had on O'ahu. Our service was not very good though and it was a bit of a shame as we liked the brewery overall, but having bad service is frustrating and not something you see very often in a brewery in particular. They do have some good swag and we love the shirts we got here, so it's overall a decent place.

I'm so very happy that I was finally able to try this place out.

On multiple occasions had stopped on by to check it out. Parking was a little tight - but was still able to do some scouting. Just needed to verify that it was Family Friendly and also there was some food. Luckily for me they had some Pizza.

One afternoon the family was looking for a late afternoon pit stop / snack. I suggested Lanikai Brewing and we sat down to a wonderful little break.

Was very relieved to find out just how family friendly Lankai Brews is. There were other people with their kids - which certainly made for a very chill atmosphere. We sat down at one of the tables in the back and ordered a Pizza and of course a couple of beers for my wife and I.

Service was very friendly - especially to newbies who couldn't really figure out what type of food they wanted.

The Pizza was excellent - first time we stopped by we had the Pesto Pepperoni Pizza with Spicy Honey Sauce. We had the sauce on the side - but it was certainly delicious.

As for the Beers everything I tried I generally liked - have had a couple of their IPAs - and even a Barley Wine they had on Tap.

Totally great place to take the family for a little break. I would however recommend to bring some games for the kids. We ended up playing Heads Up on my iPhone to keep everyone entertained.

This place is more than worth a stop.

Nice ambiance, friendly servers, tasty drinks. I ordered the nonalcoholic pineapple mule, it was super delish. Also ordered the mushroom sandwich- it wasn't bad but definitely on the pricey side for food at a brewery. Great place for a book club though!

My mom and I decided to stop in while we were out and about in Kailua. It's not as big as some breweries I've been to but the vibe is really nice and you can seat yourself. There isn't much outdoor seating, only a few that sit 2 people. I did see one couple with their dog so I'm not too sure if it's dog friendly really.

A nice gentleman came to get our orders for drinks and food. I started off with the only sour they had and it was pretty good - very light and refreshing. My mom got a flight of their most popular beers and she liked them. I didn't realize at first that the pizza is out of a little oven in a food truck but it was really good! The bees knees pizza was so good and the other pizza was basically a standard pepperoni.

I also got one of their drink specials which had a dark rum floater on top. It was delicious and pretty strong. All the drinks I saw come out were visually appealing! Service was a little slow when it got more busy but that would be the only complaint!
