Arby's

We always stop here for shakes. They have a pretty good deal during an afternoon "happy hour". The drive-through line goes pretty quick, and the employees seem friendly and efficient.

Very disappointed. I ordered the roast beef french dip. The beef completely over done, the Swiss cheese no where to be found, the roll/bun tough the au jus tasted like a bouillon without flavor. Sad to say Arby's has gone down hill. I was so excited to finally get an Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich what a massive disappointment. Forgot to mention I had about a 2-3 inch hunk of bread on the end of my sandwich with no meat or cheese. Last time I will ever ask for Arby's again. I was being generous when I gave them 2 stars.

I wanted to try their smokehouse pulled chicken sandwich, so I drove to Woodbury and I live in Saint Paul . I was very disappointed, the chicken was not good at all, it was like they used scraps and leftovers from leftover chicken, not good at all

This Arby's has the friendliest staff. We only had to wait a few minutes for our chicken sandwiches to be ready and Ian gave us a free turnover and was so polite and pleasant. So many people who work at fast food restaurants don't care at all. Ian sure does! He's the man

I hate this location. The employees are pretty rude. Arby's sucks in general, but I am always disappointed at this location.

If you ask for Arby's or Horsey Sauce at the drive thru speaker, they will tell you to ask for the sauce at the pickup window. And if you forget to ask, the pickup window will not ask you. They could improve that part of their customer service.

Normally this place is okay but tonight was just something else. Tonight I went through the drive-thru as I normally do, there was no greeting when I pulled up just a rude "order whenever you want" and so I did. Pulled up to the window and was charged for a different (more expensive) order than what was actually mine, they cashier didn't even catch it until I brought up that my total was supposed to be $10 and not $15, cashier wasn't apologetic and didn't even seem to care that he was about to overcharge me. After he supposedly refunded me and charged me the correct amount he handed me my bag and I was on my way. I got all my food so I guess that's a plus but when I looked in my bag my fries were literally placed upside down in the bag. Like really? How hard is it to place fries upright in the bag. Guess I'll go fishing for my fries now.... This location seems to have some not so good reviews, hopefully management will actually do something about it because I actually do enjoy Arby's and would be sad to see this one go because people stop going to it due to poor customer service and common sense.

Very typical Arby's. Nothing bad during our visit. Food was exactly as it should be. Things moved quickly and had no issues.
