      Service is good and food is good. However, when you order a slider, one chicken strip is not sufficient as it only covers half of the sandwich buns there for throwing the other half of bread away. It would be nice if you use 2 chicken strips for your sliders.

      The workers were very rude, when we went to dine in they ignored us for 5 minutes before taking our order. There was a box with a jacket on it on the counter, they didn't move it off. when our food was in the window it just sat in the window or about 3-4 minutes before they called our name, While one of the workers were filling the kids meals bags. Then when I tried to get a refill there was a worker cleaning all the tables and we we're waiting at the counter for about 2 minute. Then the worker walked around us to go behind the counter then went to the drive-thru window and didn't even acknowledge us.

      Drive thru was a smooth in and out but the feature here is the new steak fajitas on flatbread.This is probably the best "new"sandwich presented by anyone this year,and I'm a fan of trying all of the new items everyone introduces(within reason).
      The roasted peppers really make the sandwich.My only suggestion(s)would be to carmalize the onions and use a thinner wrap but these are not deal breakers,this is a winner!

      Excellent service. My order was upgraded free of charge. We dined in and our food was brought to our table. A few minutes later someone checked to ask if they could clear our trash for us. Not what I typically expect when I get fast food.

      This is the second time I've been to this location since the remodel. The first time I came in I was disgusted with the new parking lot. It's completely backwards to the store you built. Most of the parking requires you to walk through the drive thru lane and around the building to get to an entrance. When I entered this time there was a lady returning her order because it was completely wrong. The manager Ashley was not very courteous to the guest and acted as if she didn't believe her. While that guest was standing there another guest walked up because his order was wrong as well. Maybe Ashley believes it now...when it was my turn to order Veronica didn't even say hello to me. I ordered and got my food pretty quick and the order was accurate. Another issue with this store is they advertise free wifi but it does not work at all...

      Horrible experience the booths are all caved in, the floors are sticky, cleanliness equals a fail! Employees were complaining about how nobody cleans anything. The bathroom was horrid! Makes Arby's name look bad! Will not be returning to any Arby's because clearly they cannot manage their franchise quality.
