Applebee's Grill + Bar

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order food they mess it up! how hard is it give me a side salad that I had to pay $6 for!!

or what about the Blondie when I ordered extra of everything only to get JUST the Blondie!

The level of apathy at this place is higher than anything I've ever witnessed. They couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or service. They don't care enough to pay attention to anything!

JUST GET IT TOGETHER!

3 stars for the inferior sirloin used in my 6oz dinner, which was way stringy and tough. No matter how long i chewed, it would not break down- my Dad said it was an old cow lol. The mashed potatoes were yummy. 5 stars for great customer service and tasty drinks. Tried the March drink special, the pot o' gold colada which was great.

Foods and service was good! The pasta wasn't hot but still ok. The only thing made me so curious was they seemed to put every group so close to each other even though there were so many tables available still.

terrible. mad as hell . i ordered a well done steak that was still pink as hell uncooked after i sent it bck to be cooked correctly!!!! that shift that was there today around 5... terrrrrible job! i wont b back there!

Didn't receive the full order and the food I did get was overcooked and cold. I swore I would NEVER get food from an Applebee's and now I remember why! Should of went to McDonalds.

Why is this place still in existence in El Dorado? Do not order the draft beer-it was disgusting. It tasted spoil. I asked for a different brand and it was still horrible.

Bad experience! No salad that I ordered was never brought. Beverages never refilled and had go find the manager to get a check.

Poor service, didn't get the beer I wanted because I requested for one on draft and they brought me another in a bottle. very slow when it was busy. Asked for napkins from a waiter and never received them.

Most depressing Applebee's I have ever been too! Staff was great but the vibe was way off. I was scared when the I ordered my burger and they asked if I wanted pink or no pink. WTH happened to rare, med rare, med, well done.

We were willing to give Applebee's another try tonight and they disappointed us again. We went early because we were going shopping afterwards.

They seated us and had plenty of menus and specials on the table. We had time to find what we wanted and decided on entrees.

But, all the servers were too busy talking at the bar to notice that we were ready to order. Not only did we not get greeted in 20 minutes but the host said "thanks, have a good evening" on the way out the door!

I don't know if we will ever go back to Applebee's again with no service!
