I've shopped this brand for years & the service at this location has declined substantially in recent months. Today, I purchased a dress that was by far not a reasonable purchase and not only did the young man who packaged the dress not wrap it...he literally balled it up and shoved it in the bag. I'm not a wealthy person, so when I choose to shop here, it's usually something I've saved for and a special occasion. For him to treat my purchase this way spoke volumes about how they really feel about their customers. I will not be back and if I didn't love this dress so much, I'd return it.

I came in to the store for a few things while in town and was taken aback by how helpful Janae was! I had bought a few dainty bracelets and she jumped in to help me take off the stickers so I could wear them out of the store. She had an infectious personality and was so kind!! Just had to brag about my experience!

One is my favorite stores in downtown Greenville. It's a treat for the eyes. I have spoken to the lady that does the store displays. She is very artistic and does a wonderful job. The clothes are exquisite, so beautiful and well-made. Great accessories. I picked up a baby blue leather bag for a reasonable price. The housewares are nice. I have gotten dish ware from the sale room that I use constantly. One of my favs is a unique ramen bowl. And everyone knows about their scented candles. I love to give them as a gift!

The staff is wonderful, very helpful. During a visit earlier this year, I noticed a woman and young girl frantically searching the floor in the sale room. I asked what was going on and they said the young girl lost an heirloom diamond from her necklace. We tried to search under a nearby shelving unit but could not find it! I went to one of the store associates and told her what was happening. She worked to remove items from the bottom shelves, with no concern about the lovely dress she was wearing. And she was able to pull the shelves up and found the diamond. That is the kind of people that work here. Very caring. Love love this store!

This is one of my fav stores in greenville. It's on the smaller side compared to the other Anthro's I've been to. Most of the people that work here are really friendly. Don't forget to check out the sale room in the back!

This is one of the best stores downtown! I've always been pleasantly greeted and the staff is friendly. I love their home and skin care items too. There's a sale room in the back that's well organized and I always find something while waiting for checkout.

I used to love walking into our Anthropologie store in downtown. I absolutely love the clothes. But the last two times I went, it was snooty world. I felt completely uncomfortable. I also had two kids with me, one in a stroller. The lady grabbed my things and started me a dressing room. When I went to try my things on, she had put me, two kids as she observed when taking me clothes back, in a tiny room where we wouldn't fit, and a single woman in the large dressing room. We waited 20 minutes to get into the larger room. I got aggravated and left. Also the greeter up front, the very snooty older lady, only greets people she feels are worthy. I went home and shopped on line.

This shopping is an experience and I love it! The window displays will stop you, they're so beautiful. It draws you inside where there's a drink station, usually seasonal like cucumber water in warmer months or spiced tea in cold months. Clothing is all throughout the store with sections of home goods, kitchen, candles, and accessories.

The workers are very helpful and will take your clothing to prepare a fitting room. If you're searching for a special occasion you can describe what you like and they will pick out additional pieces and different sizes if you need to adjust while trying on. There's another rack in the fitting room which is returned online merch that's 20% off.

The store is organized well and kept clean. There's a big sale and clearance room in the back left corner where I picked up a super fun planner which was marked down and then an additional discount $11! Every area is full of lovely items so browse it all!

Super sweet and helpful salesgirls today! We were looking for bowls and there was only one color on display-we asked and they brought out the shipment of more colors that they had JUST received and were more than happy to unbox those and let us purchase them! SO FUN! Also: it was SUPER rainy outside and we had purchased gifts-they helped us bag up our goodies so they wouldn't get wet in our trip back to the car! THANKS LADIES! :)
