I came to check out their wig selection and was not disappointed! They have solid selection of synthetic and human hair in different colors and styles.
There was one woman working that section who helped me hunt for the colors I was looking for, and she was a doll because I had her working overtime. Pricing was pretty standard with synthetics around $29.99 and human wigs running $99.99z
I grabbed a few other accessories and then checked out. I had a good experience with staff, and I'd come back here when in the area.

Really bad customer service. The language barrier is the main reason for this because they don't understand what you are trying to ask.
They do have a big inventory on wigs, make up, hair products, hats, hand bags, jewelry, clothing and much more.
They are always short handed on staff even during slow times so be prepare to wait for the lady's to ring you up.

They have WIDE range of hair choices. I appreciate every purchase I make here. I have never been disappointed in the quality of my purchase. I do wish they had more brands to offer. The beautiful part about it is the location because if for some reason I cannot get what I need here, there is KiWi Beauty Supply right up the street. (1101 E. Arkansas Lane, Arlington, Texas) I've frequented this location for the past three years and I have not had problems making a purchase.

However, the lack of courtesy and service surfaces when I have to return an item, which isn't often. I provide the receipt as required within the allotted time, but it never fails I don't get the same pleasant service during the return. The "older woman" is very rude. It is a very disappointing and makes it very hard to want to return for a purchase.

CALLING FOR A BAN ON AMERICAN BEAUTY SUPPLY

August 2nd@5 p.m., my mother purchased a product. With bag in hand, walks to the back of the store to get her product altered as instructed when she was accosted by at a TPS security guard who repeatedly told my mother to get her "black ass out of the store and not to bring her black ass back". Why? Because she did not leave her bag at the front of the store. After leaving, she called the store to complain. After she hung up, this same security guard picked up the store phone and called my mother back on her cell phone and told her again "not to bring her black ass up there again."
So today I went to American Beauty to speak to the owner and this ignorant, less of a man security guard. Of course the management wasn't available and the person at the register didn't want to answer questions. ..security guard wouldn't state his name...within 5 minutes, it was confirmed that he was the one. I tried to ask him the why questions, but within 30 seconds, he began cursing me out...I proceeded to speak with the police were outside.

Bottom line: fire the security guard ...your business is/will suffer because of him.
SHAME ON AMERICAN BEAUTY FOR ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN

I am just pulling out from the parking lot of this store. Do not make the mistake of spending your money here. Complete and lack of respect for customers. I asked the lady a question and she dismissively wave me off and shout hold on in a very rude manner. I put down all the hair I was buying and marched right out the door.

I visited this location a few weeks ago around 9:30 am and purchased a package of hair for $39.99. Once I was home I realized that I needed another pack although the package claims "ALL YOU NEED IS 1". I returned to this location around 2 or 3 pm to make the same exact purchase as before. For some reason, on this visit the cashier said it was 89.99 instead of 39.99. A $50 DIFFERENCE FOR THE SAME HAIR. I explained how I bought it for $39.99 and she didn't care, although the sticker on the package said 39.99 and it rung up for 39.99. Don't shop here, they clearly change prices when they feel like it. I won't visit this location anymore.
