Ambong Ambong

Where do I even start. So many good things to say about this place. My husband, four children, and I stayed at their new facility Ambong Pool Villa. It was our first trip with all four of our children and we had not gone anywhere for the past ten years. The staff here made this part of trip worth every penny and headache we experienced throughout our entire 14 day trip to Malaysia and Singapore. My kids ages are 12, 8, 7, and 5. We were greeted with the utmost respect and honor from Lee and his team. Sharukh was an amazing person and Lee and his entire team welcomed us at the pool villa like we were family. The room was so clean and amazing. We had a beautiful one king bed room with a small loft area and a private pool with a beautiful rock wall and a jungle behind us. The cleaning staff was so great about everything and making sure we were very comfortable.
The amount of love they showed my children was just unbelievable. They brought them really cute floaties and amazing little goodie bags that had colored pencils, bubbles, and balloons. My kids loved the staff. Breakfast was an amazing experience in on its own. Not only was the food amazing but once again the staff was just friendly and welcoming. The owners came and introduced themselves to us during breakfast a few days we were there and we were shocked about that because they were so friendly and Lee and his team had already given them our information and they knew all of our children's names. Every time we needed a ride to a local market they would take us. Also they knew not only mine and my husbands name but they knew each of my 4 kids names and would greet us with our names every morning.
My husband and I went to get a 4 hour massage at their other facility that is just a couple minutes away and did not know what to do with our kids, but Lee and his staff assured us our kids would be fine in the room and literally made us feel so comfortable leaving our children. It felt like we were leaving them with family members. All I can say is that if anyone ever goes to Langkawi should stay here because you will not regret it.
