All City Auto Spa

I guess I'm at the new location but from what i was told they're open til 7pm .... writing my review while going thru the wash awaiting the results.... keep ya posted... so far so good they're giving free washes in exchange for reviews... UPDATE... car was still wet had to dry bits and pieces manually.... but the vacuum worked so well it sucked up dirt and my floor mat

So I came in very confused because I didn't know where to go I ask one of the employees and he didn't say anything he just pointed me where to go... cool. I get where I supossed to be and a lady comes out and just looks at me I told her"Hi, how is it going?" whenever I asked she just pointed at the list they have I told her I wanted the Platinum and then she just walked in... I was very confused didn't know if I had to go in, wait or what. So I sat outside probably for 45 minutes she comes out and I asked her how long was going to take she just told me "There is three cars in front of yours." Yes, there was but that wasn't my question, is not hard at all to tell me 30 or 45 mins, then she just walked inside very mad so I just left.

Worst customer service ever, never coming back. Come to this place if you want to waste your time.

If I could give 0 stars i would. This place was horrible. I got the best wash and my car was still filthy. Bird crap and all, tires were also still filthy. It looked as though someone just simply sprayed my car with water.

Worst experience on customer service this car wash take your money never recommended nobody.

I like this car wash very much. Good price, good service and they leave my car like brand new!

Went there yesterday - no one else in line when I arrived. Prices were fair for services they were offering (until I drove up in my Silverado which they upcharge $5). So I figure ok... they did give me a military discount.

That's where I feel the customers good experience stopped. Took about 30 minutes to get through the automatic car wash.

They left the vehicle running while toweling it off. Didn't even dry off the metal tonneau cover - grill - nor the step rails. $19 and guy thought he done a great job. I've since spent another $20 On doing it myself - tire shine - cleaning the wheels, redoing the windows and "quick detailing " the water spots.

This spot used to do a damn good job (previous owners).

Spend the time and $$ to go to Friendly Bear or Fabulous Freddys - where 19.99 Will get u what u want in a car wash place.

Honestly, the $6 car wash at Sam's Club is far better!!

Soooooo pissed of right now the guy with the gray beard tells me his windex spilled in my car and that's why he left the towels on my car seat and as were driving off I notice that the entire passenger side is soaking WET!!!!!! they didn't roll my window up so he lied and said he spilled windex so I touch my floor mat and it's soaking wet not only that once we get home we noticed he didn't vaccum in between the car seat and he didn't clean the outside mirror and to top it off he didn't wax my car correctly I'm so infuriated right now so needless to say DO NOT use this car wash!!!!

Worst experience. This guy left water marks all over the grill and paint. When I told him if he could take care of it he went to get the windex and sprayed it on the roof and on the paint. Smh

I have been coming here for a year now and their service is top notch, never have a complain about how they treat my car and the service they provide. I would definitely recommend this place!
