All American Pizza

I took off a star for their poor customer service, but I probably should have taken more. It seems to be family-run, but few if any of the family members seem to give a damn. The frowning and monotone teenager made sure each and every customer knew how ultimately miserable she was to be there. The rest of the family just sat around, staring at but ignoring customers. Their job barking out orders to the cooks in back. The whole process was almost comical.

As for the pizza, sometimes you just crave a big, thin, floppy, greasy, NY-style slice wannabe. Not the famous stuff, but the cheap kind sold on every street corner in certain parts of Manhattan. Get a cheese slice, shake some black pepper on, then fold and bite...Then watch out for the lava hot grease that streams out of the crease. Some unfairly bash on this style, calling it cheap or fake. But sometimes it's just the thing that hits the spot. All American's version is made with good enough ingredients that I enjoyed the flavor and the simple fresh crust. 4 stars for the pizza...1 star for the service.

Solid pizza, good staff. Just be aware that they aren't awesome with internet orders dying a rush and love/call in orders can end up bumping folks in line.

Had a good experience, really yummy pizza at a decent price. It was VERY busy because of Black Friday but the staff was still very nice and we got our food fast and hot.

Average pizza at the outlet. It was pretty expensive for a whole pie. For $20 I can get the same size pizza but gourmet in the bay area. Where the dominos at? It is nice that they sell by the slice. I'd say on par with little caesars.

Decent food and value, but grouchy gal at the counter ruined the visit. Definitely did not want to be there.
