She's a fairly low mileage vehicle for the year that I've had since she was new and I don't have vehicle payments.

If you want dishonest mechanics, this is your place! I purchased a car which they replaced the clutch on within the last 300 miles(with receipts), the clutch failed, they looked at it and told me "the clutch fork fell off" which was a bold faced lie. Upon inspection the fork broke, they didn't want to deal with it, welded it back together (to save the labor of pulling the trans) and told me it was "fixed". I had to pay $800 to get the car shipped home, only to find they slapped it back together without any care for why it failed. They also LIED about what happened to get rid of me, then avoided my calls. Dishonest, crappy shop. If you want quality work, look elsewhere.

Unable to speak with a live person via the telephone I opted to make an appointment online with their booking service. It took three weeks to get an appointment and on the day I arrived I was informed they had no record of my appointment. It turns out they use several different booking applications as well as the telephone for their appointments of which none are synced together. I was informed that they could book an appointment for me in another three weeks. We immediately turned around and walked out.

Professional, friendly fair and thorough service!!! We broke down on our way through Las Cruces from San Antonio, TX to Casa Grande, AZ during the Holidays. Aguirre's came recommended from local friends and even the tow truck driver. So glad we found them. Mark and Antonio were great in listening to me about the issue, what trouble shooting I had done, confirmed the issue and the truck was fixed in a day (A/C compressor seized and caused no start condition). Have dealt with one too many shady shops and "stealerships" in my day. Aguirre's definitely does not fall into that category. These guys are top notch. Definitely a benefit to their community. When I arrived in Las Cruces as widowed friend of mine said her husband wouldn't consider any other mechanics. Since then I have used this business for over twenty years.
Regardless of what vehicle I have I always feel secure in having them check any problems, as well as taking care of regular maintenance. Both Mark & Keith have been more than helpful and the rest of the staff is dependable, too. WW

This is the best auto place in town!!! And we are not even from the area. We had some car problems driving from far away and though they were about to close and super busy they had generous hearts to take care of us. Thank God it wasn't a big issue so they were able to fix it in a good amount of time. We are so blessed by them and hope their business is blessed in return. Thank you Mark and team!!!

My car developed a big leak in its cooling system and had to be towed to Las Cruces. I talked to the local Pep Boys about repairs and they were very discouraging. Pep Boys told me that the defective part was no longer made. Not true.

Aguirre located a brand-new OEM replacement part in Colorado and had it shipped in super fast. They were done the day after.

Very good communication about what needed to be done, time frame and cost.

Plus, they have TOM--the coolest shop dog in the known universe. Get your car expertly fixed for a reasonable price. And tons of unconditional dog love for free. What's not to like?

They're friendly and can't seem to say "no" to a job. They diagnosed issues with my car and took good care but I ended up leaving my car for a week. I didn't have a mechanic yet in town so I brought it in for a simple oil change. Left it for three days and it still didn't get done by the final day. After then, I stopped going. If you're patient, it might be worth the wait. Or maybe their cute dog is worth the wait.

We limped in from out of town and they were busy but managed to squeeze us in. We had a 2000 Ford diesel truck with bad front wheel bearings. They got us out of there the next day. Price was reasonable.

They diagnosed the problem (my starter) easily and were very nice about explaining what was happening. They did not get it done as fast as I would have hoped but they did drop me off after I gave them my car. I'm not sure how cheap they are, but they have a AAA discount.

I think they are honest about the work they do, but maybe a bit expensive.
