Our family was very excited to go there because we heard some great things about this place but were disappointed.

While their well known milkshakes were okay the other fare was a let down. We experimented with their Gola Ganda and Pani Puri which were not worth the money.

We tried the dry fruit milkshake and it was ok.

The stench in this place is for real, thought you get used to it and it's not putting you down. Wonder what this smell is about.

You don't need to make so many variations, just make two or three authentic flavors.
The guys taking the orders were nice but their owner is a very rude middle aged guy. No bedside manners at all.

This place has gone downhill ever since the expansion. When I lived in Dallas, the service was good and the food and drinks were excellent. Now, the service sucks; the female cashier has an attitude with the customers. The food sucks and the falooda comes warm. I ordered a mango falooda and it didn't even taste remotely close to mango and was warm as well. The ambiance is horrible due to the super loud music and tacky Tijuana disco colored lights not to mention the low powered AC, which is especially bad considered the Dallas heat.

I will not be returning to this place again.

Great snacks and drinks! Try something different and come check this place out. I really love their lemonades!

The store owner, who I believe is Karim Valliani, stormed at my husband and started swearing at him because he was changing our baby's diaper. He was making threats and aggressive remarks completely unprovoked. We left in shock and fear, as he was intimidating.

Considering what a niche business this is, it's clear that the bad reviews here are a result of exceptionally poor customer service. A business like this should be flooding with positive reviews because of what a rare find falooda and other Pakistani goods are. It's clear that this business has a real problem and I hope the owners of this plaza reconsider who they are offering their business to.

Service is very terrible , I am a daily customer and they never answer the phone . Otherwise the place is very good .

Falooda is good but service tends to be very slow!! Bun Kebab valid too, if they improve the service it would be an ideal spot.

Agha Juice is our go-to place for desi desserts and snacks!!
Their regular faluda is refreshing and full of flavor!!

Definitely going again!

If you haven't tried Falooda, you are definitely missing out on some amazing stuff!
Every time I visit Dallas, this is a must! I highly recommend Lahori as it has some kulfi pieces and it is just heavenly.
Their Malai kulfi asla deserves a special shout out.

Came here all the way from Richardson with my entire family, only to have service refused just because we were 20 mins before closing. We were about to spend for a family of 5. The cashier was extremely rude especially the short lady running the show. Mr Kareem Villani, please have a talk with your crew before they run your business into the ground. I'm thoroughly disheartened and pissed off. This is absolutely no way to treat paying customers. Fyi it's a Saturday evening on 5/28/2022, your Yelp timings do say that you are open till 12 am.
