AAA Clocktower

Completely unprofessional. They tell you, you have to use the online services or you will not be helped.

Thankfully I have never had any issues with AAA or with my Agent. Last year I moved out of the country and notified my agent. I canceled my car insurance with Travelers. Apparently, I forgot to cancel my home insurance when I sold my house. A couple of months ago I received an email to automatically renew my homeowner's insurance, so I immediately reached out to my agent and told him. He said that I am entitled to a refund. He was extremely helpful in how I should proceed. Long story short, It took a couple of months, but I finally received my refund and I am happy. I really appreciated his patience, effort, and assistance to get this taken care of for me!!!

Incredibly helpful people, we've used them a number of times and cannot say enough wonderful things. I've always been impressed with the people here and how friendly they are!
