Sam Warda is quite literally the BEST IN BUSINESS. If you're looking for a loan originator, I know a guy. Sam is so thorough and filled with knowledge about the lending industry that you will never end an inquiry call with more questions. He's that good. He is quick and works beyond expected hours which makes you feel like a real VIP client. He's got a fantastic team with his processor Liliana and Loan coordinator Jose, they were quick and engaged the entire way through, which is rare through email correspondence. Sam kept us as buyers in the loop throughout the entire transaction. We never had to wonder where we were in the process or hunt down information, it was all there provided upfront by this incredible team. Sam genuinely impressed my husband and I after a horrible experience we had with a previous lender, he was a true breath of fresh air and I am so grateful to him for his dedication and commitment to his clients. Working with sam was a very Pleasant experience for us. When you talk to him it feels like you know him for a long time. Sam is not just a loan officer he will be definitely your friend. He answers any type of questions you have 24/7 even if it is not his job to do so but he will help you with everything you need. If you want to purchase a house and be living in it already with in a month. Definitely talk to Sam he is your guy!!!

I'm going to be that person and say if I could give him more stars I totally would! We were nervous to start the home buying process and didn't know what lender to go with. After a few calls with other companies that seemed like just sales people, I found Sam on Yelp and immediately emailed him. He replied within the hour with a boat load of information that was super helpful for my husband and I who are first time home buyers. He was so friendly and after one call I knew he was the lender for us! He was super communicative throughout the entire process, explained things that other lenders didn't, and really just went above and beyond! He literally worked day and night, which I really appreciated, but Sam definitely deserves a vacation away from the phone lol. He also referred us to his go to realtor Monique who we loved working with, they were the dream team for us! I'll definitely be calling him in the future if and when we go through this process again.
