Fix your useless POS system! 2022, time to evolve. Get to work owners, unless you like loosing money then ignore my review. Y'all simply lost 5 sales with me on different days ‍

I called to explain and all he can do is hang up . Bad service ! I guess his business was way more important.

They don't use gloves to handle your food or brew new coffee. They grab the filter with bare hands and play with their dirty iPad in between. Then they grab a new filter push down on the equipment and brew another coffee...eww

I DO NOT like this 7-11. I will not be going to this location ever again

Yesterday I went in at 10 am. I was going to get a pumpkin spice latte. When I walked over to the coffee area. It was a dirty disaster area. Good thing I wasn't getting any coffee. Creamer holding dispenser was all empty. Trash all over the coffee area. Floors are not clean. Just really unkept.

When I got in line and bought the latte I asked the man "Do you care about your yelp review ratings"? He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. So I asked him again. Haha.
He is a stick in the mud. No personality what so ever.
Well this is why you need to treat your customers nice and leave me with a good feeling as I exit the store.
You will get an unsatisfactory review here on yelp. If I could rate this store zero stars I would.

Hard to find something wrong with this 7-11. Convenience stores are pretty predictable. This 7-11 is exactly what you would expect it would be.

This is a quick spot to get in and get out to handle your lotto needs as well as you snack needs. Sometimes they have deals on Gatorade and different selected ice teas. Their candy deals are pretty good as well and now they have a greater selection on bites to eat.

Usually I stop in to get some quick cash because my credit union has a co-op ATM with them. This is great also because I feel that there is a 7-11 on every corner now and it makes it more convent to make a stop.

The staff here is really nice and helpful.

Let me start of by saying, this is most likely the worst 7-Eleven you can go to. They have the worst customer service, hardly ever have what you need available, for example Fountain beverages. I have encountered so many issues with this location. So much so that I've called Headquarters to report them. I feel like no one is listening to the complaints, not just one complain many complaints that people have made on this location.
I come here because of convenience but regret it every time. My understanding is that when you pay with an EBT card you get a free bag to put your items in and I have never encountered any issue regarding that at any other location. However, this location wouldn't give me a bag. According to them they only give out paper bags for EBT, which they had ran out of, but they had plenty plastic bags. Why couldn't he just give me one of those. He then made a huge deal because I asked him that, how petty. Now I rather drive one block over to another 7-Eleven.

Pretty mediocre location. ATM doesn't work and the counter "service" was not even mediocre. And the coffee was old and cold.

Horrible horrible horrible I've been here 3 days in a row that ass I've asked them if they do PayPal cards first time they said not after 6 then I came in again and the guy said no not right now come in again the guy says okay hold on hold on so I'm standing there like an idiot just waiting to be helped after he said hold on and everything else in mind go ahead of me then turns around says no we don't have them come on you bunch of idiots these people are stupider than rocks horrible horrible

Horrible customer service! I asked the cashier today Sunday the 15 of April if I can see the flower, and he responded "you can see it from there". I responded "if it's too much trouble for you leave it there. "Didn't even bother to apologize. I was completely ignore. Never again will I go to this 7 eleven!! Horrible horrible experience!!
