Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered some pizza for dinner today. Papa Johns gave me the option for free delivery. The pizza was not delivered on time so I called the restaurant and was told my pizza was ready but they were running behind on deliveries and it would be awhile for my pizza to get delivered. I told them I'd pick up the pizza and asked them to refund the drivers tip. It was at this point that I was told they partner with door dash for deliveries and could not be refunded. Then the door dash driver calls me and was so rude over the phone berating me for picking up my own pizza. No more. I have removed my papa John's app.

We ordered a pizza at 4:40pm. Door dash driver assigned to deliver our pizza by 5:06-5:15pm. We got our pizza at 5:30. It was cold! Called and spoke to a manager who said ge was getting another made and would have delivered shortly. We didn't get that pizza until 6:30pm, same issue, it was cold! Called to speak to manager again but he never came to the phone. Guess he didn't want to talk to me for a third time.

Admittedly the food wasn't that bad and we had zero issues with service. The pizza wasn't the best, by any means, but I was surprised how much better it tasted compared to what I remember.
The wings are not the best, they were slimy and not crispy at all. Buffalo sauce is supposed to be spicy or at least have some sort of taste but their sauce doesn't. In fact, most of the food lacked flavor except the bbq chicken pizza.
I was going to give 3 stars, because it was average, however I'm 90% sure I got food poisoning from here. I started getting sick 30 minutes after eating and it lasted 24 hours. With that being said, I would never eat here again.
I let management know just in case but never received a call back.

I ordered a pizza. The store is literally 500 yards from my house. It arrived an hour and a half later was cold and taste like crap so that will be the last time.

Very poor service, waited over 1 1/2 hours. The employees were rude, not apologetic at all. I get it was a busy night but an "I'm sorry" would go a long way.

Bought two pizza for 30 dollars on papa johns website for a family of 6. One pepperoni another buffalo chicken. Price wouldn't have been so bad if they weren't so tiny, 10inches

I stopped in to try the new Papadaia sandwiches. The cost was 6 dollars for the sandwich and the size is fairly large. The sandwich is cut in half's. I got the Philly cheese steak option but there are 4 choice available. I was not impressed. There was hardly any meat in side, mostly peppers and not much cheese either. I should have tried the meatball option being it's a pizza joint. If your craving a sandwich or a philly I don't recommend Papa John's.

Pizza from this location is always on point for the type of pizza you'd expect. The crew works hard to get orders out on time from what I've seen, and I always have a fast checkout.

I planned ahead this afternoon and ordered our pizza to be delivered at 6:45 this evening. We wanted to have our pizza ready before our favorite TV show came on.
6:45, no pizza. 7 PM no pizza. I called the store and asked the status and they said it was out for delivery. It arrived at 7:15 and cold. I hate cold pizza. I can't tell you if it tasted good or not. Because it was ice cold. I understand the place is probably run by teenagers but can't they see if there's somebody that planned ahead they should get their pizza in a timely matter?.

Papa johns now uses an call center in India to get your order. They messed up my order didn't add one of the pizzas I ordered. Called the store and they didn't want to remove my delivery fee when I called for them to bring my pizza. I hope the call center didn't scam and steal my information.
