We chose Zen after a glowing recommendation from friends and the numerous 5-star reviews. The entire process was seamless; from the minute I sent an email, everyone at Zen was incredibly responsive, attuned to what we needed (with no gross sales pressure), and did what they said they would do. Installation of 11 replacement windows took a day and a half, and when we noticed a few places that needed paint touch ups and a set of blinds that weren't closing, they came out two days later to fix everything to our liking. They even mailed us a thank you note!

From the beginning of the process to the end simply the best . We couldn't be happier !! We highly recommend Zen windows.

Zen just finished the install of the windows in my home. 32 windows in a little over one day. Marco and his crew were excellent. Quick, efficient and as neat as anyone could expect for the job they did. The ordering process was very easy, no hard pressure sales pitch and the price quoted was reasonable. Zen's pricing includes the replacement of any rotted or damaged outside trim at no cost. They replaced 6 sills and one piece of brick mold at my house with no additional charge and no delays. The windows are good quality, the best we looked at and we got 4 estimates before deciding on Zen.

We thought long and hard about replacing our 25 year old windows and after reading all the positive reviews for Zen windows we selected them. We can't be happier with the company, the windows and the installation team. We had 11 windows replaced and hoping to have the remaining large arched windows replaced by Zen within the next few years. Previously we've had buyers remorse, but this time we're completely satisfied. Give them a chance to impress you....you won't be sorry.

What an incredible experience. Easy process and any questions were dealt with quickly and accurately. I spent probably ten hours researching windows and chose Zen Windows . Everything I hoped for and more . Process was way , any questions was a phone call or email away and answered quickly . Installation was perfect . Seven windows installed in approx two and one half hours . We will be doing the remaining eleven windows first of the year . All the company , people and windows are exceptional . Could not be happier . If your having to replace windows I assure you Zen windows will do an incredible job . I was not looking forward to the process when I began for all the obvious reasons but Zen Windows has delivered . Take a look at the warranty and it should tell you everything you need to know . I'm a first-time homebuyer and purchased my house in March 2021. While the house was in great condition and had recently been renovated, it still had the original wooden windows that were installed when the house was built in the 1950's. While I appreciated their history, classic look and the fact that they were still in good shape, it was clear they needed to be updated.

I contacted several window companies around town, both local and national establishments. After being put off by some of the high pressure, in person sales tactics other places had, I found the approach that Brian and his team at Zen Windows very refreshing. I also saw that they were voted Best in Charlotte by Charlotte Magazine in 2020, and I wanted to support a local business if I could.

Brian was very generous with his time, and it only took a few phone calls with him and a quick visit from his installer to get measurements for them to have all the information they needed. I was impressed with how simple and straightforward the process was. Another huge selling point was that I wouldn't have to pay anything until the job was complete, a big difference from other companies.

The turnaround took about three months for the windows to be built, but I would chalk that up to COVID, supply chain issues and increased demand for home projects because of the pandemic rather than anything on Zen's end. Quoted turnaround times at other businesses were similar.

Once the windows were ready, Zen sent a simple three man crew to my home to perform the installation. Each gentleman on the crew probably had 30-40 years of window installation themselves, so as a team they were pretty capable. In just two quick morning sessions, my windows were complete!

I'm extremely happy with the end result. The windows are fantastic, incredibly easy to use, they look great (black exterior FTW), and I can already tell they perform much better than the old ones. Brian and his team did an outstanding job, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their windows!

Brian had the best sales consultation of anyone I met with. It was an actual consult, the rest I would categorize as "pitches" whereby they cared more about what they wanted to say than what my needs were.
After I signed the agreement, Brian's communication was frequent and thorough, and his team was professional and hard-working. I would hire them again and would definitely recommend them. We had 30 vinyl replacement windows installed at a cost of roughly 16,500

Needed to replace all the windows in my home (they were wooden, single pane and painted shut long before I owned the house). Zen was a pleasure to work with. The installation process was quick and they cleaned up afterwards. It is so nice to open the windows when I want. They look beautiful as well! I also had them replace my back door and that process also went smoothly.
