The team that works at Starbucks is absolutely amazing! I stopped in this morning for coffee and was blown away by how kind everyone at the Starbucks location was. Even though it was not even 5:30 in the morning they were so welcoming and cheerful! It was such a bright Start to my day

11116183Nov 28, 2023I've only been to this location a few times, but when I go inside I feel awkward. I'm not welcomed the way I am at other Starbucks locations that are inside grocery stores. They are knowledgeable about the drinks when I have questions so for that I really appreciate it. They aren't full stocked on the floor with different coffee either, they only have a lot of the holiday stuff. So I had to ask for the Pike Place I was looking for. I didn't know the coffee came in whole beans, so I had to go back in and ask for it to be grinned. The person helping me seemed a little annoyed. I wish they would ask if we need it grinned or not when we purchase, that would help any confusion customers may have if they aren't familiar with Starbucks. Overall a good experience still.

Quiet. Clean. Tasty. AND COMFY Chairs! Comfy chairs is my personal pet peeve about a lot of the Starbucks not having any comfortable place to sit. This place does. God bless the people who need to study but there are a few of us who like to just relax and drink our coffee with a friend. Thank you Starbucks for providing a good place for a visit.

By default, I frequent this Starbucks often. My wife, like many others frequents Target and in order to check off the shopping list, a latte is in order. I have to say, most of the time the employees are kind and attentive. Some we've even had very nice conversations with. The downside is, for whatever reason, they tend to be out of things more often or their equipment is down... not sure why this is or if it's normal but what a bummer to want an iced latte and to be informed the espresso machine is down! We like multiple drinks so we can make do but I feel like this happens more often here. But, in all honesty, if they are open and you're shopping, you know you need a coffee to accompany your red basket!

My wife loves coffee and I thought it would be nice to grab her, her favorite drink since I was close. I had $4 on me and I thought this would be more than enough. Boy was I wrong, like $2 wrong. I needed to get my debit card and finance the rest. I couldn't believe it. One, that shabby coffee is $6 but, 2 I quickly realized how much we are spending each year on shabby coffee. I have now convinced the family that if we are going to give anyone this kind of money let us try a local joint that is paying a mortgage in Flagstaff not some gazillion dollar company.

Came in for a free veterans coffee and what a lovely young lady who served us! Coffee was amazing too!
