After 16 years, I finally decided to update the bathroom and have a step-in shower installed. The old tub might kindly be called 'ugly' and had to go...finally. The team at Expo showed up at promised time and took care not to disturb things any more than necessary.
The step-in shower was installed in one day, altho it was a long day for the guys. They kept a good attitude thoughout the day and were available to answer my numerous questions.

Aug 21, 2023Previous reviewI hired Expo Home Improvement to install a step in shower.
The tub was in the original house (1978) and was truly horrible and ugly.
The walls I wanted had to be ordered as they are not standard. They told me 6-8 weeks but arrived in under 2 weeks.
The new shower is a beauty and I am totally content with the product as well as installers; Geo, Jeremy and John T. They worked so hard and cleaned up. Also had no problems with my constant questions and answered all.

the work itself was good, but the financing is terrible and very confusing. I am paying more in interest than I thought I would. I wanted to think about it before I made a decision, but the woman that came out was very pushy. I am glad I only had one bathroom done and not the other. I will not be using them again!

Out of fairness, I want to update my review as Toni has been diligent to help me. The six (Window Mart) windows were replaced a couple weeks ago with six Anlin windows and the company also sent a contractor out to fix the swollen wood from the prior windows. I found out upsetting information as to the previous install but at least the company is doing everything possible to make it right. This has been a long process due to material shortages which I understand. The City came to inspect the work today and passed the new install. I appreciate that this was done to remain compliant with the city. As Toni and I discussed, I am giving the company 5 stars for making this situation right. It was no small feat.

Updated: I'm sad to write this review and even more disappointed to update it with the information I found out today. I can't even claim good installation at this point.
I had six windows replaced three years ago and I was absolutely satisfied with the whole process until the Texas freeze this year. At the beginning of the cold spell, one window was failing. Huge drafts of cold air were coming up the sides in the tract area. I ended up stuffing socks in the sides to try and keep the cold out. As the cold wore on, all six of my windows failed. I was extremely disappointed. I decided to call the company recently to try and understand what happened. The service manager came out, originally told me it was likely a caulking issue and then said it was from uncovered screw holes. He also ordered a replacement top due to bugs being between the glass. I wasn't completely satisfied with these explanations but it is what it is.
Today, I had a different company out to quote me on the rest of my windows. He told me he sells the kind I bought but rarely. Apparently, they're basically builder grade. (So much for an upgrade.) On top of that, he pointed out that two were installed incorrectly. They're not water tight. He even could pull some of the trim out to show me the foam they used. He thought that a lot of the issues I had were from improper installation (at least in the window boxes).
I'm very, very disappointed at this point. I cannot recommend this company. I will be talking to a carpenter about possible window box replacement based on today's conversation and inspection. - Lisa L.San Francisco, CA05Jul 28, 2023Updated review
Update! Spoke with Toni at Window Expo and she got right on it. Eddie came out and cleaned the windows and treated it with RainX. We then went back out and cleaned it again. Our windows look great now. No smears.

Jul 12, 2023Previous reviewDo not buy these windows. The film they use does not allow you to just WIPE OFF the dirt with water as the salesman said. I have had my windows for 2 years. The service manager and his assistant came out and said yeah, there is build up. Clean with these two products that you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot. We bought them and it did nothing. They look terrible. We would never advise anyone to buy this product. I would prefer a nice clean window. Not a window that is embarrassing becuase it has smears and streaks when you look outside. I have never seen such a bad product in my life. If you have any questions, any potential buyer, please reach out to me and I would gladly let you see my windows. Terrible!

I expressed interest in a bathroom remodel several months ago and they called on average 3 to 4 times in one day without leaving a message! Not every day but like twice a week! Clearly if I was ready to remodel, I would contact them! Now when I'm ready I won't call. The badgering is not necessary. Almost like a bill collector! I asked to have my name removed from their call list!

Had 25k worth of windows installed in mid 2020 and since that time I have been ghosted on getting anyone from window expo to call me back after noticing huge drafts coming from windows. I have now had three separate companies who have all stated that the installer needs to come back out to see the windows were too small and caulked to fill the gap. With this type of investment I expected a little more responsiveness and now I'm turning to writing poor review in hope of someone from window expo or what is now expo home improvement. I can't believe after the window install my energy usage actually went up, that disappointing seeing as I paid for Arlin Del Mar due to its ratings on engergy effeciency. Hopefully someone will reach out and show some interest after this review.

Our salesperson, Sterling Gross, was good at his job, but was not pushy. In fact, he worked with us to help defray the costs by suggestions and having a $500 off coupon he offered us.
It seemed like it took a long time for the panels to arrive, but when considering we're not the only house in Dallas getting a bath remodel, then it made sense.
The installer, Daniel, was a pro and did a fantastic job. We're really pleased with the results.
Lastly, the acrylic is so smooth the water just beads off, and the caulked seams are so smooth it looks like there's no seam - he used colored caulk that matches the shower pan.

I'll update with pictures. But I love the transformation!
The consultation was easy, I met with a few people to get everything started and placed my order.
I waited a few week to have my parts made.
On the day of the installation, the installers were nice, cordial, professional. They even installed my lighting and bathroom mirror, which doesn't typically come with the order
If I have an issue I call them and they are helpful. I have called twice within the past year to help with caulking, which they have come out twice to fix it.
