Whole Foods is a spectacular grocery establishment. These absolute losers who leave a one star review because their feeling got hurt because the sushi didn't taste as good as they wanted are so soft and pathetic, it's sad. Everyone who works at this fine place does a great job, day in and day out, and deserve to be recognized.

Got some grocery shopping done while I was waiting for the car to charge at the EV charger outside. I am a huge fan of Whole Foods, great products, and I especially like their ready-made food section.

As predicted, the promised follow-up by the store manager never happened. I received no phone call. No refund. WF customer service simply placated me. Lied to me, really. I won't be shopping at WF again.

Won't be doing that again! I purchased two pounds of "boneless, skinless chicken thighs" from the meat counter. When I got home and opened the wrapped package, I saw a mix of oddly shaped, roughly cut pieces of meat. There was thigh meat there, but also small pieces of roughly cut white meat. Off cuts from trimming breast meat? I've never seen such badly trimmed poultry! WFM has a butcher apprentice program. Maybe a new recruit cut this batch of meat? But even if that's what happened, there is no excuse for selling what was in my package as "boneless skinless thighs." What I got was mixed poultry trimmings, at $8.49/pound. I paid eighteen dollars for that!

When I'm out running around I like to get a healthy salad. I have to say the deli absolutely sucks! Salad bar was half there, soup was barely there and old, deli counter lacking and when I got the broccoli salad out of the fridge I found the broccoli huge, barely any sauce and dry! Since Amazon bought Whole Foods the quality went way down, but this is inexcusable!

Really enjoy this Whole Foods. Always stocked well and feels clean. Parking lot is a little sketchier than Capitola, but inside feels better to me. Excellent meat counter. Nice produce. A little less expensive for the same quality as the local upscale places. I tend to vary between stores but this Whole Foods is nice.

this store itself is fine but Olivia is awesome, she helped us at the self checkout this afternoon and was so helpful, funny, and nice. She is probably my new favorite person and I hope she sees this so she knows it too! She deserves two promotions at least. Maybe three, possibly more. Out of everyone involved in Whole Foods, she deserves the superyacht more than Jeff. For sure.

I ordered a sandwich at the deli counter. The older gentleman with the gray hair and beard behind the counter wandered around doing nothing. After waiting for about 20 minutes I had to leave since I had to go back to work. I did cancel the order, which still had not been started, before leaving. Not sure what the issue was. Maybe I will head to Zoccoli's and grab a salad.

Love this store but SUPER disappointed in their fresh sushi section. I saw a post on Instagram about how great and fresh their sushi was so I stopped by just to try it out. I got the exact same roll which they had advertised and it was nothing like what they had presented. The roll on Instagram had a good fish ratio and looked super good. What I actually got had hardly any fish at all and looked really sad. And for paying $15 after tax I felt really deceived and taken advantage of. For just a couple dollars more I could have gone to Akira or ANY sushi place and get something much better.

Ordered a custom cake with baker Nate. He was super easy to work with and heard out my requests and made sure to make my cake just as requested. Not only was my cake delicious but I have family members now wanting to order cakes just like it. Thank you Nate for the awesome customer service and care in your creations!
