About a year and 4 months ago, Water Heater Man replaced my existing tankless water heater with a new one. At the time of replacement, the technicians were great and the plumbing was great. However with the recent rains, water has been entering the vent cap and trickling down into the water heater. This caused an error of E127 on my Revian unit. Also, there is an elbow piece in the venting system where water is leaking through the cleanout nut. I had Water Heater Man come out to fic the error code and leak, After the technician spent 2 hours on the phone on hold with the manufacturer, they somehow got the unit working, but the manufacturer recommended finding the source of why so much water got into the vent and to replace the air compressor. For all this I was charged $430 since it was over the year warranty. A second technician came out to replace the air compressor and fix the leak in the elbow and find the source of water entering the vent. So much to say, the incorrect vent cap was installed and there is still a leak in the vent elbow clean out. The technician told me at the time I would receive a call from the GM to replace the cap. It has been over 3 weeks and still no call. I recently called to check on it and since I could recall the name of the GM handling my case, I was told they would have to research and give me a call back. I am still waiting for a call back. If this is how they treat existing customers on not following up, then this is poor customer service. I fear I will have to source another company and pay another expensive price tag to get the venting all replaced from an error in the original installation.

My water heater decided to die on me. I tried to repair myself but had a hard time finding the piece I needed. After speaking with several Plumbing businesses I called the "Water Heater Man" and spoke with Bob. Bob was very helpful and knew everything about my old waterheater. He mentioned that what I needed was going to hard to find, but instead of trying to just sell me a new water heater, he gave me the number to the Manufacturer so that I could find the piece I needed to repair myself. After finding out that my particular thermocouple was no longer made(my H2Oheater was 17yrs old).
I called Bob back the next day to inquire about a new H2Oheater. He remember me, immediately put me on that day's work schedule and Pat was at my home installing my new H2Oheater before dinner.
By the way, Patrick was an excellent installer. He not only ran around the Phoenix area to find the H2Oheater I wanted, he had it installed, running and cleaned up before we sat for our dinner meal(4:30). He also was very informative, answering my questions and explaining the operations of my new waterheater. Professional all the way!!! Thanks Bob and Pat.
