Walmart Supercenter

My husband and I went to this store to have our truck tires rotated and balanced. We have the tire warranty that you can get when you buy tires from them. We let the woman know what it was that we needed done and went on and did our shopping. After we had done our shopping, which took about an hour, we returned to the automotive desk to pay for the service. We were told that it would be two more hours before our truck would be ready! I don't understand why she couldn't have told us at the beginning that it would take that long or how many cars were in front of us. We canceled our service and left.
