Visa and Passport Agency

Just received our rush passports. We applied Monday and received the passports back on Thursday. Great service! Nestor was terrific to work with. He was very patient with us and filled out the forms online for us. Process was very smooth and Nestor couldn't have been more helpful. He is very knowledgeable. He explained that there were no guarantees as to when the passports would be delivered, but he said we would have them in our hands by Thursday or Friday. (Needed expedited, as our cruise is next week and passports must expire 6 months after travel date,) Bottom line: Highly recommend without hesitation!

Great service. Family place. Provided what I paid for and received it on time. Very busy place. If in doubt, or in a rush, pay over night. This is a 2 part visit. First you start with them. Then they send you to city hall. Then back to them again. Takes about 3 hours total. Take your pics at city hall. City gall is 2 mins away.

This was my first time applying for a passport. I was hesitant as needed to leave my original documents for processing. I highly recommend this agency for their friendly, instructive and professional manner they handle their clients.
I felt comfortable as soon as I spoke to Rosy and she guided me through the process--to the exact process.
The only outcome that was different was the passport came in sooner than I expected--for which I was elated!
