Great customer service! I purchased a lace closure and two bundles. I dyed the hair jet black and the curls bounced back beautifully. I recommend this store!

I purchased hair from Virgin Hair Boutique and was very unsatisfied with the hair I received. I bought two straight bundles. I thought I was purchasing a 14 inch and a 16 inch but what I received was two 14 inch bundles. The hair was very thin and not the best quality. I did ask to return and replace the hair I received, I was told by Mike that he would replace the hair. However, it's been excuse after excuse. Be careful when purchasing this hair. I will not be returning and I will not send my clients here to purchase hair. Mike is not a man of his word when it comes to doing business.

I purchased hair from Mike about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to wait until I washed it to give a review. I contacted him one day and needed hair for that afternoon. I couldn't make it out to Stone Mountain and he was so kind to meet my mom to deliver the hair for me. I got the Malaysian body wave hair in 18". I have not experienced a lot of shedding and in 3 weeks it is the same quality as the day it was installed. Even my stylist was impressed with the hair and is getting some for herself. I will definitely be getting hair from Mike again.

Are you guys not open in lawrenceville anymore or at a new location? I've been by there twice this week and no one's there

terrible quality. do not be fooled by fake reviews written by the man who ownes this awful company. not real virgin hair!!! will matte up in 2days or less!!!!!! its a shame he is scamming women out of their money for low quality bs

Do not purchase hair from Virgin Plus Hair Boutique because they are false advertising. Their hair is not 100% All Virgin, it is mixed with synthetic hair. I purchased Brazilian Hair from this boutique in May and the quality of the hair was good. I went back in July to purchase another bundle of Brazilian Hair and that hair was a total fraud( synthetic and human mixed). The sales lady/owner said, "Tell your hair stylist to install the newly purchase Brazilian Hair in the back." The hair was very sticky out of the pack. My hair stylist washed it and installed it in my hair. The following day after installation the hair became tangled and matted, nothing like the first bundle I bought. I went back to Virgin Plus Hair Boutique, and the sales lady/owner stated she didn't have anymore Brazilian Hair and she was waiting for a shipment to come in. I followed up with the sales lady/owner the next day. She kept saying, " I don't want to exchange this hair out because you may have the same results." OK, she is basically saying that her hair is BAD!!!! She ended up exchanging the hair for Peruvian Hair because she still did not have Brazilian Hair. Once the Peruvian Hair was installed, it had the same results as the Second purchased Brazilian Hair. We compared the Brazilian and Peruvian Hair, and they were both the same(synthetic and human mixed). I would have rated this hair boutique a, -10 star but that rating was not available.
