Hi Dan, No, unfortunately we don’t have the equipment to detect leaks on a PVC pipe, outdoes the home. It requires Tracer Gas too. Try Amercian Leak Detection in your area.

I hate paying for plumbing repairs but everyone at VIP was great on the sewer issue we had at our home. Matt and Tyler and their crew were very clean and professional. Our neighbors even commented on how clean and professional they were. Happy to recommend them to others.

Michael S.Cypress, CA141214Jan 20, 2024We contracted with VIP for a complete epoxy lining of our waste system, including existing cast iron under the slab, as well as the lateral to the street; PEX repipe; new ABS pipe replacing cast iron serving two bathrooms that were undergoing remodel; and a new 50-gallon water heater. Luna and his crew were professional and efficient, completing the job in less than a week. The price was fair and reasonable. It is a messy job, but they cleaned the site at the end of each day; relocating to a hotel was a must given the scope of the project. Highly recommend.

We had a leak running from the back of our garage to the front. One very famous plumbing company diagnosed it as a leak originating 40 feet into the house and gave us a bid of $21,000 to fix it. Jose Luna and George from VIP took one look at it and noticed the connection for our refrigerator water dispenser was near the place where the leak came out. Asked if maybe the leak could be from water hose connected to the fridge. We moved the fridge
and found the leak. Took them all of 5 minutes and they didn't charge us a dime. The $21,000 repair ended up costing us the price of a new 1/4" water hose and a couple of connectors picked up at the hardware store. The whole process and experience was great. Nick replied with a quote very quickly and was very transparent in the service that was quoted. There was no sense of making it very complicated and he was direct and too the point.
Our service Tech Was Chavez and he was very professional and easy to communicate with. He came out and provided our drains with Hyrdojetting service and was able to clear up most of what he was able to access.
Unfortunately for us, there was a large rock/object blocking the drain that the Hydrojet couldn't get through, so we will have to decide what to do from here...

I was very impressed with VIP Sewer & Drain. I found them on Yelp and saw they had great reviews. I actually submitted a "project request" and they were one of the first to reply. I believe I texted with the owner Nick and he was very professional, responsive, and transparent with pricing. He was able to send a crew out within a few hours of my call. They have a system that tells you the name of the technician, a photo, and a map to track them as they head to your home. That was super helpful and a definite plus.
