Just by chance, I found Vickie in our search for a new home in the Dublin area. We got word that our already ridiculous rent would be hitting around $3500, so I thought this was the trigger that really pushed us out to go find a home.

We did some searches and decided to check out Dublin, since it was the definition of what we were looking for. A quick Google search turned up Ms Vickie, and I gave her a call.

This lady was phenomenal. Very tech savvy, and definitely not a pushover to the builders, Vickie had our best interests in mind. All the time. We initially had been looking for a town home, but for only a bit more, we were able to get into a brand new single family.

Some great things...Vickie went out of her way to visit a home on the market and take pics when we weren't able to make it. She offered to stand in line for us during the phase release. And she still make herself available during a family vacation.

Really, if you're looking to buy a new home, it is ridiculous to go at it alone. It costs absolutely nothing to the buyer, and I'd rather give the extra money to an honest individual trying to make a living, rather than a huge corp trying to make earnings for the quarter.

Our daughter and son-in-law worked with Vickie a couple of years ago. I had the pleasure of tagging along when they visited perspective homes.

A positive side note/advantage, she can hang with the best of them when it comes to real estate technology. Vickie comes to her appointments equipped with the most up-to-date software to help her clients have an edge on the competition when it comes to comparables, HOA information, getting offers in, etc.

We will be recommending her to all of our friends in the market for a home. There are very few people I would recommend to my family members - I tend to be protective and only send family to the best of the best - I would send any of my family members looking for a home to Vickie Nagy.

Very rude. I had the experience of dealing with Vickie and she didn't like my answer and decided to argue with me about it. Arguing doesn't make you right, it just makes you unprofessional. I've dealt with far better realtors that can be professional even if they don't like the answer. Perhaps more people that deal with her should leave reviews vs. those she represents.

Out of all the realtors I have experienced Vicky is top-notch. She knows the market and realty is her full time job, unlike some others. She has the best communication skills and replies via phone or email in a timely manner.
